Wonderful Experience

Stay Here

Property is inviting and beautiful on arrival. Villas are perfect. Quite , clean and comfy. The beds even the twin ones were awesome. Well stocked with everything you need. This is the only place I will stay in this location.

Holiday Inn Resort is my home away from home!! Very Clean, the Staff at the desk get to know you very well after coming there so much!! I had to become a resident.

Nice and quiet getaway

The place was clean and the staff was friendly. I only stayed one night, so the 10 am checkout was a little too early for us.

Wonderful Williamsburg Vacation

Thank you for accommodating us with such a dream come true vacation. We really enjoyed ourselves all day and night with the various activities or simply just relaxing at one of the many pools. The staff was so resourceful with assistance on the best sites to see or restaurants in the area. We'll be back numerous times over, possibly a seasonal thing now and I'm definitely going to spread the word !

Great accommodations

Due to short visit (only one night stay), we didn’t have the opportunity to explore the full resort or take advantage of the amenities of the resort. However, we stayed in a 2 Bdrm Villa 1 Queen 2 Twins Nonsmoke and were very impressed with the accommodations. It had a Cozy feel and was like a two bedroom 2 bath apartment with kitchen and separate dining room and living room. The beds were comfortable and the entire villa was clean and staged beautifully. I’d love to stay at this hotel again for a longer visit to enjoy the accommodations and check out the onsite amenities! Thank you

Could Be So Much Better...

Three pools. Two outdoor, one indoor. We always look for a hotel that has an indoor and outdoor so in case of bad weather our son can still get his pool time in. Very important to us when on vacay. Storms in the area caused the outdoor pool to be closed, understandably, however they also closed indoor pool. The reason given to us was both pools ran on same pump. Then we were told too many windows for indoor pool. Less then a mile away, the Great Wolf Lodge was up and running with half their wall being all glass...disappointing since we rushed back to our hotel thinking we could swim inside. Had we known about this ridiculous policy, we would have stayed somewhere else. Cleanliness was another disappointment. Garbage all over grounds beneath our balcony, not pleasant to look at. Our suite had a heavy mildew smell, much stronger in twin room where our son was supposed to be sleeping. Didn’t want him breathing in mildew, so he slept with us in the king bed. Wasn’t really the plan for a 7 day vacay, especially after paying more for a two bedroom. Lastly, pool area was not kept up after guests leaving behind trash at tables and spilt drinks everywhere. Garbage cans around property, overflowing. The layout of the room was perfect. Walls are thin. For a property that wants you to invest with them, this isn’t the way to go. IHG you need to start paying attention to detail. Listen to your customers reviews. Follow up on properties and who is being hired and whether or not they’re doing their jobs. We were so disappointed. Really were interested in finding out more about becoming an owner, however this experience left us not wanting to do so.
