Williamsburg stay
This location in Williamsburg, VA is beautiful and in a great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms/suites are very clean and spacious. Lots of amenities. It is not far from the main town.

Fun Amenities and Shout-out to Notable Staff
We really enjoyed our time in Williamsburg, VA, and would certainly stay at this hotel again. The check-in process was quick and simple - shoutout to Caitlin (on 9/5) for excellent customer service and making us feel immediately welcomed. The Cafe’ was amazing: great food and remarkable customer service. Ash and Tiffany deserve recognition for their professional, customer service, and dedication to making the environment fun. The bowling alley there as well is a huge plus!! We appreciated the map and coupon book in case we needed more ideas for our short, fun-filled trip. Our room was very nice and loved having a stocked kitchen, which would be perfect for an extended stay. Thanks!

A great place to stay in Williamsburg!
In town for a long weekend in early August. It had been 10 years (!) since we first stayed here and we will definitely be back. The ownership presentation lasted 2 hours because of all the questions we had, but it was great. Very informative and we didn't find it to be high pressure at all. Would love to see some breakfast options on site, and feel that the cafe could be open just a bit longer with a property this size. However, these rooms have full kitchens. They probably just assume you'll have breakfast and late-night snacks in your units. All the other amenities are well planned and maintained quite well. The walkways in the courtyards and the hallways outside the rooms are a little dated and in need of resurfacing. But once in your villa, the rooms themselves are terrific! More spacious than a typical hotel room, and also very clean, and everything works well. There are many options for lodging in this area -- I can recommend this property without hesitation. I do recommend allowing a full 2 hours to view the ownership presentation. Even if you don't make a purchase it's helpful information to have imo. Hope to be back soon!

This is a must destination.
From check-in to check-out, this resort was flawless. Staff are amazing! Villas are spotless! Location to activities is reasonable. We spent a lot of time at the 2 outdoor pools which were immaculate!

Great resort to have a little bit to do after a day at Busch Gardens. Kitchen had enough supplies to cook basic meals which was helpful.

Nice time
The staff was friendly, and my kids really enjoyed the grounds/pool. I enjoyed how large the rooms were. Having a full kitchen is great. Could have done with some updates/TLC on bathroom and sink fixtures

Relaxation done right!!!
We stayed in a two-bedroom villa, and it was perfect for our stay. This trip was a special anniversary getaway for my husband and me, and we were joined by our two best friends, who also got married the same year and love spending time with us. The villa gave everyone their own privacy, which we really appreciated, while still offering plenty of open space for us to come together. When it was time to hang out, we gathered in the shared living areas, ate together, laughed, drank, and truly enjoyed our time as a group. It was the perfect balance of togetherness and personal space. The villa was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable stay. The resort itself was beautiful and very well maintained. The customer service was outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and professional, which made our experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Vacation Resort and would definitely stay here again.

My Experience
The resort has excellent features and the staff is ovewhelming toward success. However, when booking the property, too many details are not disclosed which resulted in our need to move to another room where my ADA needs were acceptable. This needs to be addressed up front. Otherwise it was an amazing experience which I would gladly return to experience.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service did not acknowledge my platinum elite status room smell like mold toilet ran the entire time I did not want to move so I mentioned my issues at check out I was given no apology no refund just an okay very insensitive didn't care attitude they didn't represent our brand at all very disappointed!
