Great for a family

Great resort to have a little bit to do after a day at Busch Gardens. Kitchen had enough supplies to cook basic meals which was helpful.

Nice time

The staff was friendly, and my kids really enjoyed the grounds/pool. I enjoyed how large the rooms were. Having a full kitchen is great. Could have done with some updates/TLC on bathroom and sink fixtures

Relaxation done right!!!

We stayed in a two-bedroom villa, and it was perfect for our stay. This trip was a special anniversary getaway for my husband and me, and we were joined by our two best friends, who also got married the same year and love spending time with us. The villa gave everyone their own privacy, which we really appreciated, while still offering plenty of open space for us to come together. When it was time to hang out, we gathered in the shared living areas, ate together, laughed, drank, and truly enjoyed our time as a group. It was the perfect balance of togetherness and personal space. The villa was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable stay. The resort itself was beautiful and very well maintained. The customer service was outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and professional, which made our experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Vacation Resort and would definitely stay here again.

My Experience

The resort has excellent features and the staff is ovewhelming toward success. However, when booking the property, too many details are not disclosed which resulted in our need to move to another room where my ADA needs were acceptable. This needs to be addressed up front. Otherwise it was an amazing experience which I would gladly return to experience.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service did not acknowledge my platinum elite status room smell like mold toilet ran the entire time I did not want to move so I mentioned my issues at check out I was given no apology no refund just an okay very insensitive didn't care attitude they didn't represent our brand at all very disappointed!

Short summer vacation

The accommodations were .ore than adequate. Clean, easy to find and lots of amenities. Would be perfect if you were staying longer and could use them if you didn't have other plans. We were sorry we didn't get to use them. I was not aware that this was a timeshare and would have avoided it had I known. The check in process was long because we had to talk to the person to try to set up a sales presentation. When I said no, she was pretty gracious but I try to avoid the sales pressure. This should be listed on the website. The maintenance was great, we had a leak and they fixed it while we were out.

Great Room for my family

The room size and layout was perfect for my family.

Beautiful Location

This stay was absolutely amazing. Rooms were perfect. Location was amazing. Each room has its own washer and dryer. Each room has a stove so you can have a home cooked meal. Dishwasher and full side refrigerator, you bet. 3 pools on site. Miniature golf. Each room has a hot tub. AMAZING!!!!!

Expect to be pressured to buy a timeshare!

The unit was clean and mostly comfortable. The shower never got hot and the staff did not help fix the issue. They tried to sell a timeshare program, however, other than the comfortable room (except for shower) there was little to offer at this location.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This is a hidden jewel of Williamsburg. Perfect location for sight seeing and activities. Didn’t want to leave the resort. If you’re in the area, stay here !
