Clean, spacious and Convenient!

This is resort is Wonderful! The staff was very informational about the activities. We got the two bedroom/bathroom room with a sofa bed. It was very clean and spacious! Everything thing you need from food to activities are all in one spot! You don't have to leave the resort. We will definitely be back!!

Extremely Deceiving

WATER PARK IS NOT YEAR AROUND!!!! Drove 3 and a half hours for My Little Girls Birthday and was Highly Disappointed.

Good hotel with a few minor issues

Great hotel, but we experienced a few inconveniences that made the stay annoying at times.

Comfortable bed and spacious room

The trip was a Christmas present for my kids and they LOVED it! We spent our time playing mini golf, board games, tennis (poorly lol), and hours and hours at the waterpark. We will certainly be back as soon as possible.

Cleanliness

The unit was in need of a deep cleaning. There was a musty smell and the carpet was filthy. It looked like the unit had some water damage in the kitchen area. The units needed to be renovated soon.

Everything was great

Great service everyone loved the resort The kids can’t wait to come back and a lot of family saw the pictures and would like to visit the resort We will be back for more family fun very soon and a lot more people

Old and dated

Maintenance seems to be lacking. Rooms are not updated or repaired. Furniture was stained and dirty. Carpets were extremely dirty and stained. Infested with spiders in all walkways, stairwells and balcony.

A slice of heaven

I just needed somewhere to get away and unwind, and this was the perfect place. I forgot I was so close to home even. I sat out and watched the sunset by the lake and never wanted to leave. I would love to stay longer the next time.

Excellent Stay

This is our second time to stay at The Villages Resort. Check in and check out went smoothly. Really liked the room entry wrist bands. Worked well and much easier than keeping up with a key card. The room was clean and spacious. We were located by the marina which made our fishing trip more enjoyable. View of the water from our balcony was a plus.

Great relaxing weekend

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Very relaxing great amenities looks like a great place to bring grandkids in the future. the only one drawback was when we got there they said our room was ready, and when I walked in, the cleaners were still finishing up, we didn’t have any coffee. We didn’t have any paper towels, and we missed a box of tissues in the bathroom, other than that, the place was great.
