Arizona Trip

I stayed at this Holiday inn resort. I did not get the service that I paid for. I ate breakfast at the resort and people there were very nice and friendly. Front desk people were rude. I asked for toothpaste, granted it was late, but i was told to come get it and by the way you have only 4 minutes so run!!!! really!!! This what I paid high dollars for???? I hope they improve their service and not like United Airline people.

Awesome Resort

This resort is fun, relaxing, friendly, accommodating, and very clean. We had so much fun here in the splash pool and in the other pools during our stay. We liked the on-property market, coffee bar, bar, and food. The room was especially nice. The staff was very friendly. Whether you have children, grandchildren, or just adults you will enjoy this resort.

Great value

We were not expecting a whole lot based on the price we paid. We were pleasantly surprised to find this resort was nice and clean. They had several pools to choose from. My son loved the pool with the water slides. The location was great. We were here for my husband to take a class at the Spears Education Center, which is right down the road. There was great shopping for me very nearby. The restaurant was only open for dinner. We decided to dine there on the last night of our stay. There were not very many people in there so we were not expecting much. Again, we were pleasantly surprised. The food was very good and the servers were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Just a really nice place

We came into town for a weekend birthday gathering of close friends. We only stayed one night but it's a place you can truly consider homey and luxurious at the same time. Hope we get to stay longer next time!

Great stay

We had a great stay. The only thing it would change it the checkout time. 10am is a bit too early for a check out especially when you are vacationing and want to sleep in. It's a bit too hectic to sleep in and have to rush to check out. A standard 11am or noon check out would have been nice.

Over all a great place we started 3 weeks and just loved it!

Amazing!!!

Everything was amazing.. the room was very pretty, and very clean. The pool area was súper too. I would go back in a heart beat.

A must stay resort. Very clean and great location. It's even better than the pictures. Staff were also amazing.

Home away from home

I brought my four young children for a getaway weekend. The staff was incredibly friendly and the rooms were great: clean, spacious, nicely furnished, and fully outfitted with a sizable kitchen. A great home away from home, which is necessary with young kids. The grounds had four pools to choose from, and my kids loved splash canyon, which had two slides, basketball, and a shallower area with a play structure. Everyone, from my 9-month-old to my 10 year old,!loved it. We didn't have time to take advantage of the activities, although several were available throughout the day. Overall great stay--we will return!

Great Stay at the Scottsdale Resort

The Holiday Inn Club Vacations Scottsdale Resort is a great place to vacation. The staff are welcoming and very helpful. We arrived late and they made sure the check-in process was very quick and easy. The resort is has multiple pools including one with a large water slide. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The resort itself is clean and attractive. This was our first stay at a Holiday Inn Club Vacations Resort and it will not be our last!
