Has roach, bed bugs and mosquitoes and dirty floors.

Our first night we saw a big roach, I took pictures and called the front desk I was extremely surprised when she said it’s normal to have a roach it’s disgusting! The following day we noticed that we have bugs and mosquito bites. We still have the scars from the bites. We have proof we took pictures it’s available upon request. The floors are dirty and sticky in the kitchen area again I called and requested to have someone to clean it and I requested to have more towels unfortunately the front desk said, we have to wash our own towels and she will send the laundry soap as well. And no one came and it was not sent. Rude!!!! Rude and lazy front desk receptionist. I demand for a refund I hope this will address to your supervisor or manager. Please reply asap.

Holiday Inn Mosquito Vacations

Property is very well laid out - rooms were nice a spacious - plenty of towels - plenty of pools - air filters were in need of changing - walls had blood and past killings of Mosquitos - then, Mosquitos started coming from the vents? Pipes? Windows? Told front desk and they mentioned they had their own spray - maintenance came to spray but that did nothing - whole family got bitten

Great staycation location for families

Our kids had a great time visiting your hotel. It was clean and super spacious. The room was well thought out and convenient for families. We have done great wolf lodge too many time and this was a welcomed change. Great price as well!

Large rooms with lots of amenities. Comfortable beds

Enjoyed our stay here (except for the extreme heat outside, but it was nice and cool inside). Very spacious rooms, everything you could need to cook inside (though we didn't) and various pools on the property. Would recommend for families with the kids pool, but the adult pool was good too.

Great size room, amenities, location to all

We had a great trip and enjoyed the room very much. It was a great size 2 BR Villa(1100 sqft.) our soen had his own room which was a welcomed change from your typical hotel. Washer/dryer, stove full fridge, large countertops, microwave, toaster, dishes pots pans and all. Bed was a bit stiff for my taste but we slept well mostly. Great experience overall.

Great family hotel

Overall great experience, could pay more attention to cleanliness of the room mainly the floors. Easy fix and have the vacation people less pushy.

Great for family vacations or staycation

The whole process was easy from check in to check out. We were asked to sit in on a time share presentation, but our schedule did not match up. The room was very large, comfortable and welcoming. The beds were perfect. It felt like being home away from home. The pools are great, large, and clean and the temperature was perfect. I highly recommend this place for vacation.

Very Nice place

This was a very nice resort with 4 separate pool areas. Great for kids and family. Has two water slides and sprinkle play ground .It was convenient to Phoenix and surrounding areas. Rooms have everything you need for a great relaxing stay.

Room Good staff BAD

I don’t appreciate checking in at one desk & getting keys at other (vacation sales). The big older blonde very rude when I said I did not have time for her pitch bc of my kids becoming restless. I don’t think I want to come back. No recognition as an IHG member either.

Early check out

I went to get coffee and breakfast fir my daughter and I..well I was gone someone was knocking on our door tell us to wake up... I think a phone call would have been more appropriate because my daughter was scared to answer door. I think 10 am us to early of a check out when check in was at 4
