Excellent kitchen, bathrooms, and communal areas

If you are traveling with a large family it felt more as though you were staying in a nice home rather than a hotel. I will stay here again next time I am in Scottsdale.

The two bedroom suit was clean and spacious

We had an extended stay. We did a Fry's delivery for our breakfast needs. Friday night the restaurant had a solo singer named Marshall Pepper. He sang old cowboy songs. Great show! The service was well done during the show. Keep the singing cowboy.

Don't see myself coming back. The wifi wasn't good and the slides weren't open. The main reason we chose this place was because of the slides.

Too expensive

Costumer service not the best. I sent few emails to the care team and front desk, I have not hear from them at all. We found our room dusty from floors, greasy furniture in the living room and electrical hazard in the room outlet.

little paradise in Scottsdale

The rooms were clean. The company was great. The restaurant was excellent. The flowers and cactus were in bloom. The pool was clean and refreshing

Not a Great Value

Checking in was interrupted by a pushing sales pitch. This made the travel day even longer and I had to wait behind someone else who had the sales pitch so I heard it twice.you had to listen to get your room key. The room walls are thin and you can hear everything going on next door and above . Not all of the pools are heated. The children’s pool was out of order most of the stay- and this was the main reason we chose this resort. The store at the resort has very limited hours which made it hard if you needed anything- you had to leave the resort and drive into town. For what you are paying you should be able to get a coffee at the bar without having to go through a manager- but this was not the case. The bar doesn’t serve coffee. Overall the room was nice, showers could have used more cleaning. Lower room patios have no view.

It was ok this time

This was our second stay at this property and we love how centrally located it is. We love getting groceries when we fly in and make our room a little home away from home. The kids pool wasn’t heated, and according to the front desk, hadn’t been for some time. This was a bummer for our kids. We made do at another pool on site. The room wasn’t super clean, mainly the bathroom.

Very relaxing

Great value. Signature rooms were awesome and comfortable. Pools were good when heated. Kids had fun. Close to everything you would need - restaurants, shopping, amusement. Highly recommend.

Nice Rooms - Terrible Pools

Pools are cold. Not many activities for the kids. Took forever to get into our room. The rooms were nice but we were on the top floor. I have heard the lower level rooms were loud so requested an upper level. That didn't stop the neighbors loud TV viewing sounds from leaking through the walls at all hours of the night. the ground are nice and tidy and so are the room. Really wish we would have been able to utilize more than one pool during our stay. They should be offering us a refund for booking a place that looks like it has great pools for the kids but then not being able to swim in them because they were ICE cold.

Nice place, make sure everything’s working before booking!

Our family of 3 stayed for a week at the end of February and overall found this to be a great resort. The property is kept super clean, the suites are very spacious and well equipped. As mentioned in other reviews you will get the time share pitch. It’s quite annoying as they don’t take no easily, they try to get you by offering free or discounted tickets to come view the presentation. Be prepared for this at check in as well as a phone call to your room. Our first morning we received a call at 8am from them. Luckily all it took was a very firm no at check in and on the phone call and they left us alone after that. With the exception of that otherwise all the staff was very helpful and accommodating. When we needed more supplies they sent them up fast, and allowed us 2 hours extra for check out when our flight was delayed. For us it was a huge disappointment that the waterslide pool heater was still broken during our stay as this was the main reason we booked here and would have picked a cheaper resort. The water was freezing and just not doable with the weather we had that week. The waterfall pool heater was also broken leaving only 2/4 pools operational during our stay- one of which is an adults only pool so if you have children with you it only leaves one pool that’s suitable. The 2 pools that were working were heated comfortably and kept very clean. The games room is fun, we enjoyed playing ping pong, shuffleboard, connect 4 and billiards for free. The location of this resort is great, less than 10 mins from a lot of good shopping and restaurants. Overall this is a nice clean resort with large suites and great location and good customer service. I would only stay here again however if all the pools were in proper working order.
