Great stay!

We stayed at the Scottsdale resort for one week in April 2017, there were 5 adults and 2 small children in our group. We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa and it was more than enough room! The villa itself was modest in terms of decor in comparison to other villas that we have stayed at but definitely comfortable and good value for the price. Our kids really enjoyed the kids waterpark, this is a great asset! We would have liked to try the restaurant but it is still not open yet. Overall great stay, we would definitely return in the future for another family vacation!

HUGE Units

The rooms are really large with lots of room to spread out and an "open concept" so everyone can hang out together if desired and 2 balconies if not! The kitchen was very well equipped so cooking in is no problem.

It could be great

This property could be great. It has a nice set up and Villas are spacious and well equipped. However, I have some issues with this property. They failed to respond 3 e-mails I sent before arrival to try to pre-pay with our corporate card. They do not offer upgrades to Spire Ambassador members. Even worse, they gave upgrades to my friends that are not part of the IHG Club. I request for a specific "Casita" and they said they had no rooms and then gave my friend the same day a room in that "Casita" when he is not a member. A last issue is the amount of cockroaches at night in the common areas and the swimming pool (at least on the Social pool).

This Resort is the BEST in all of IHG

I would highly recommend the Scottsdale Holiday Inn Vacation Club Resort. There is none better for family here in the Scottsdale area.

Wonderful property

Our family of four all enjoyed staying at this property. We were able to request the floor on which we wished to stay. Out the front door we had a view of one pool, while the view out the balcony was of another. Signage was very good throughout the property, and the daily activities offered "something for everyone." The two-bedroom suite was spacious and the mattresses were very comfortable. Having the washer/dryer right in the room was helpful. It was easy to use the kitchen as all needed items were provided. We cooked breakfast in our room and felt right at home. When it was time to check out we were sad to leave.

Exceptional Signature Suites

We enjoyed our stay IHG Club vacations. Our 2bdrm Signature Suite was clean, modern, and roomy. Beds and pillows were super comfy. The convenience store on site was open for tasty morning coffee. Restaurant opened the day we left. Kids enjoyed a variety of pools. We would stay here again if we every found ourselves in Arizona for another vacation.

big rooms

nice stay at scottsdale vacation club. service was okay. cleanliness was okay. however pools were great! especially with kids! this isn't the princess but a good alternative on a budget! the yoga instructor and singing cowboy were GREAT!!!!

Overall loved this resort but rooms not very clean

The rooms were large and well kept except floors were very dirty. My one year olds feet and hands were black from crawling on the floor and their was dried milk from previous tenants. The pools were really nice and staff was helpful.
