Romona’s stay

Excellent location and staff. This get away was greatly needed for my family to get together for my granddaughter birthday celebration. Suites were more than adequate for our needs to prepare and cook foods to serve our family and guests.

Bed Bugs!

My family’s experience at this hotel was absolutely unacceptable. From the moment we raised concerns about the condition of our room, we were met with little to no concern from the staff. During our stay, my entire family was bitten by what we later discovered were bed bugs. This was not only horrifying but also a serious health and safety issue. To make matters worse, there were visible blood stains on the bed sheets, which should have been an immediate red flag that the room had not been properly cleaned or inspected. I have photos documenting the bed bug bites, the blood-stained sheets, and the condition of the room. What is most disappointing is how our concerns were handled. Instead of taking the situation seriously, offering assistance, or working toward a resolution, we felt completely dismissed. No guest should ever have to experience something like this, especially when traveling with family. This experience was unsanitary, distressing, and completely unacceptable. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone until they address their cleanliness standards and how they respond to legitimate guest complaints. I am requesting a full refund for this stay, as no paying customer should have to endure these conditions.

July stay

We have stayed at this location several times before. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The activities for kids are great. The restaurant was ok, not as accommodating for large groups as we had hoped. Unable to pay individually, would only let spilt a few ways then we're treated differently from start since wasn't on one check.

10/10 For Big Family

Loved our staycation! With 5 little ones it meet our every need. The big rooms, full kitchen, and in unit washer and dryer made everything so convenient. We also loved all the activities for our children to do and the 4 different pools was awesome! Staff was friendly and addressed any needs we had as well. 10/10 , we can't wait to stay again

Great price for what you get

We brought our family of 7 for a staycation for 2 nights/3 days. I was genuinely surprised by the quality of what we got. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. TVs in every room plus every room had their own bathroom which was awesome. There was even a washer and dryer… although the dryer didn’t work great. We could only put a couple items inside it and had to run multiple drying cycles for the clothes to only be mostly dry. The water park area was awesome because we came with younger children but even my teenagers seemed to have a great time. There is a game room area with pool/pingpong/air hockey. There are also arcade games but we were super disappointed to learn you had to pay to use them. But overall it was an excellent stay. We did sit in on their timeshare presentation. It was touted as only 9 minutes but it took us a bit over 2 hours to get through which was fine. We will definitely go back next summer!

Great Family Friendly hotel

This hotel was great for many reasons. The hotel is greatly geared toward kids but also very fun for adults. The slides are fun for the older kids and the splash pad is great for the younger kids. The hotel has 3 other pools that are very close to each other. No matter your room, you are never far from a pool. We were on the third floor. No noise in the rooms but the living room/pull out couch did have some noise until about 11pm. They offer 1 pool for adults,21 and older, we did not visit that pool. There is an activity center that had a lot for kids and adults to do. There was even a small section for toddlers. When we went there was someone leading a game with some kids. There were some arcade games and some free stuff, but it was fun for all ages. The rooms were roomy and clean. We stayed in a signature villa, which just elevated our experience. Enjoyed having a washer and dryer in the room. We saved money on food because we had a fully stocked kitchen and did not have to eat out every day. Also, the hotel is centrally located and we had QT and Costco within 15 minutes from us. Overall, we will defenitley be returning to this hotel.

Plenty of hotels in the area, I would choose other

We were selling our home in South Carolina moving across the country. We use this hotel to stay for a few days while our closing happened. It’s a new hotel and we had high hopes for it and it failed on every account we took into consideration growing pains, however basic necessities like soap and toilet paper, shouldn’t be part of growing pains, no working television very little light in the living room just a whole awkward situation.

Multiple Family celebration

We were celebrating grandsons 4th birthday! We had 5 families join us. Water park/splash pad was hit for all! Rooms were perfect and spacious to accommodate everyone!
