Lovely if you're on the top floor

We love this place enough to come back within a year for our second stay, and unfortunately we realized that if you're not staying on the top floor you are VERY prone to noise above you. The building itself is not very well soundproofed so we didn't even think the people above us were going out of their way to be annoying, we just heard every single footstep after 11p and before 7a every single day. Unfortunately did not make for a very relaxing and rested vacation.

Wonderful condo

Wonderful condo with great amenities. We only had one negative. That was our experience with the restaurant. We waited for 50 minutes for chicken tenders and 2 tacos and when they arrived they were cold. We did love the craft room for the kids. We really appreciated the fact that the crafts were reasonably priced.

Fantastic Vacation Resort!

I loved everything about the Holiday Inn Resort! The staff was warm and welcoming, friendly and informative. The room was wonderful and comfortable.Great location, beautiful grounds, lovely pool, jacuzzi, and well appointed gym facilities.

Quality amenities at a great location

Although a little dated, the resort is clean and has plenty of space for families with multiple pools. The beds were not very comfortable and probably needed to be rotated. Everything worked great and we had no issues, except a little confusion during check-in on which room we were in as the key cards were incorrectly swiped. The restaurant staff works very hard to please and provides great service--food is pretty good, too.

Great Family Spot

Great location for a family to enjoy Scottsdale. The resort has an amazing vibe and staff are terrific. L have stay at the resort 5 times. The location and rooms keep me coming back.

Better than expected

Our family of four came to Phoenix for the Fiesta Bowl and wanted to choose a place that the kids could swim. The Holiday Inn Vacation Club was better than we had expected. The 2 bedroom/2bath condo was amazing! Pools were heated so the kids could swim even though the temps were in the 50s. We all four had a blast in the Activities Room playing ping pong, pool, video games and doing arts and crafts. We ate lunch at the restaurant at the resort. The food was very good and waitstaff super friendly. All resort staff were very friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely return! On top of it, it was a great location in Scottsdale close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and golf courses. Only a 30 minute drive to the airport and State Farm Stadium for the big game

Children

This hotel was perfect for our new years stay. My littles had a ball and the activities were above. The singing cowboy for us older ones was a complete joy.

Excellent place to stay

Pros - Excellent property with amenities (heated pool, club room, kids activities) - Fully functional kitchen and bathroom with washer and dryer, dishwasher - Easy parking - Close to restaurants and grocery stores.
