The play room was a little over price to play the arcades

Please be advised that this property is aging

The group of seven that I scheduled for the two suites at the Scottsdale property had a delightful time. Thanks to the management. They did comment that the property seem to be a little aged, especially with the bathroom fixtures and the sinks. As a whole, the group gave his property a nine star rating and attributed this to the quality of the other guest and the management team that was so accommodating when they ask for help.

NO Bathrooms near Pools! Nasty.

Sadly I was quite disappointed in this 8 day stay. I called 3 time prior to booking to make sure the water slides were open. We had 3 kids and 2 other grands coming for the day. Only the infant slide and big slide (48" or taller} was open. I asked everytime and was told....ALL slides are open. Needlesss to say they one slide for the 3 was NOT open all 8 days. Told that the county sets the height requirement. I called the county and that is a LIE. 48" and it is a rinky dink slide. They were on bigger slides at Disney a week before and they swim better than the ones going down the slide. No sheet change in 8 days unless you pay $$. Ten days free sheet change. The adult pool was closed so everyone is in mixed pool...adults not happy with kids jumping around. And did I mention that there is NO TOILETS anywhere, so people are peeing in the pool and surrounding bushes. The one BR by activity center was closed. I wonder if the County approved that when they set requirement on pool height. Seems to me that would certainly be more important. 2 of us go to dermatologist today to see what this rash is that we can't get rid of.

Luxury

We booked a staycation at this resort and stayed 2 nights. My only complaint is I wish we would have stayed longer and will definitely be doing that the next time.

HICV Scottsdale in August

We were dropping our son off at college and needed a place to stay. I found this location offering a 2bd/2ba room for about $150/nt. While it was out of the way from the college, it was nice to have the space to spread out, rather than be cooped up in a hotel room. The pools and slides were a fun addition, though we didn't use them much. The game room was also nice. It didn't seem to be too busy, so that probably helped. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely return here at a similar cost point.

Wonderful place!

We loved this place, such a good value for the money. The villas are spacious and allowed our group to stay together rather than separate. Very comfy. We enjoyed the pools and activity center. It has a great feel to it. Well taken care of. Good customer service. We wanted a true vacation feel and this provides that. Very family friendly but good for anyone.

El hotel está muy bonito, habitaciones amplias, área de niños estupenda. Lo único malo es q no ofrecen un desayuno estilo buffet como se acostumbra. El restaurante estaba cerrado y solo había en la cafetería.

Great stay. Very comfortable

This place is always great. We stay every time we visit Arizona. Great pools for my daughter, they have fun activities for children. It is very quiet and comfortable.
