I would stay again
Let me start by saying this review is solely based on our personal experience and trip. We booked a 2-bedroom suite, and it turned out to be a really spacious setup. It included a large living room, a den area, and a full kitchen with a bar countertop, plenty of room to relax. The master bedroom had its own bathroom with a walk-in shower, and all the rooms came with a balcony. While there wasn’t a fancy view, having a balcony was still a nice touch. It also came with a washer and dryer in the room which is a plus. Pots, pans, silverware, refrigerator, all organized. Living room had a sofa bed, and 2 sofa chairs, and larger area to make it its own room. tv's in every room. The A/C worked well in the guest room and living room, but the master bedroom didn’t get quite as cold. It was still manageable though, not a deal breaker. The resort had a fun pool area with a waterslide, plus several other pool areas, including one just for adults. There was also a small arcade area with a pool table and a few board games to keep busy. We tried the on-site restaurant, and it wasn’t bad. One of the waitresses was especially down-to-earth and amazing (I wish I remembered her name). The location is convenient, close to a Walmart, golf course, and car dealerships. We didn’t explore much more due to the heat. The Downsides: There were a few things that took away from the overall experience: TV and Internet Access: The TVs don’t offer any smart features or app access. We had trouble using the internet to stream from services like Netflix or Hulu, which was frustrating. Towels: Extra towels come with an additional fee, which wasn’t communicated upfront. Thankfully, they did comp us some since we weren’t aware. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, which helped. Bar lounge area: Bartender had an attitude, was rude to customers including us. Beers were luke warm. drinks were on the water downside but had a singer at the bar area. Housekeeping Interaction: One housekeeper I spoke to was very rude and unhelpful. He didn’t take his eyes off his phone while answering my question, which came off as disrespectful. Checkout Experience: On the morning of our departure, the housekeeper made us feel rushed by waiting outside our area and constantly checking her watch. It felt pushy and uncomfortable. Early Check-Out Time: The 10am check-out felt a bit too early, especially when compared to other places we’ve stayed. Price Difference: Booking directly through the hotel cost more than using third-party sites. I found better pricing elsewhere, which was frustrating after the fact especially being a member. Billing Issues: We had to address breakfast charges that were incorrectly applied to our credit card multiple times before it was finally corrected. Additionally, there were extra resort and miscellaneous charges that appeared the next day. It eventually balanced out once the breakfast charge was fixed, but the billing process wasn’t smooth. If you are visiting for a concert, Beware of expensive prices from State Farm to this hotel. Cost us $250.00 to get back to the room from concert, Hotel should offer a shuttle for a fee of course but maybe half the price, this way they make money, and their guest get back to the room. Overall: The suite itself was spacious and well-equipped, and there were several nice amenities on-site. However, a few service and billing issues took away from the experience. I recommend double-checking charges, towel policies, and booking options in advance. Other than that, we are hoping to book another trip here or next door at the Princess or Hilton in the next couple months when the weather cools down.
Yes, I recommend this property.

Hire a night person!
Mixed review for sure. The room and property were great but the service was terrible. As a first responder I book rooms all the time last minute. I have never been to an IHG property that does not have a hotel employee after 11pm until I came here. Was told there was no one to check me in by a third party security man. Once I contacted IHG directly the security man finally let me into a room with his master key. Was not able to leave the room to get my bags without propping the door open because we were not given keys to the room. All of this could have been eliminated by simply hiring a night desk person.

Staycation
First time was a great place for kids my son loved the pool with the slide and it’s nice that you can bring your own food and drinks. I definitely will stay again.

Great experience
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We had never used Holiday Club Vacations before and this experience exceeded our expectations because of the friendliness of staff, beautiful accommodations, and beauty of the landscape.
Yes, I recommend this property.

The Good: The room was a decent size and included a full kitchen, which could be convenient for longer stays, though we didn’t use it. The general layout was comfortable enough. The arcade was a nice bonus for kids and helped fill some downtime, though it’s definitely overpriced. The Bad: Cleanliness was a major issue. When we opened the sofa bed, we found pubic hair on the sheets, and there was no blanket provided, we had to call and request one. At the pool, there were no towels available. Only after asking were we told they’re in the closet in your room, not helpful once you’re already wet. Soundproofing was poor. Conversations outside your door sound like they’re inside your room. As a Platinum Elite IHG member, there was zero recognition: no bottled water, no welcome amenity, not even a greeting. IHG advertises perks for elite members, but none were provided. The water slides only operate from 10 AM to 7 PM. If you’re staying just one night, that means you can only use them from 4 PM to 7 PM on the day you arrive. You can stay after check-out to use the pool, but there’s no facility to shower or change afterward. Also disappointing: the market, bar, and café all close at 8 PM, which is inconvenient in a vacation setting. And despite 100+ degree heat, there are no water stations or drinks available by the pools, a basic amenity that’s surprisingly absent. Bottom Line: Aside from the room size and arcade, the experience left a lot to be desired. Poor cleanliness, early amenity hours, lack of elite recognition, and missing basics like poolside water or towels make this resort feel more frustrating than fun. Not likely to return unless things change.

Great property.
Fantastic property. Good location, comfy, nice pool areas, nice activity center for kids. Only downside was super thin walls between us and the next room. You could hear every word the other room was saying just like they were in your own room.
