DO NOT, I SAY DO NOT, WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

I will NEVER stay here again. The only other time I stayed here (my very first time) I reserved the One Bedroom Villa AND LOVED IT!!! So this time (my second time) I reserved the EXACT SAME ROOM. I spoke to Sasha on the phone at 9:08 am PST on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 and mentioned to her how much I loved the property, and she said "would you like the exact same room if it available?" and I said "Yes, we are sentimental that way.) What an effing joke!!! When I arrived at the property, they said they upgraded me. IT WAS THE WORST ROOM I HAVE EVER STAYED IN...WORSE THAN ANY MOTEL 6 ON THE PLANET. It was a really bad room, and dirty, and rusty, and so many things needed to be fixed. I took a ton of pictures to share on Trip Advisor. It was a SEVERE DOWNGRADE AT BEST!!! Sorely disappointed and will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. In fact, I will do all I can on the internet to convince people to avoid this place at all cost.

Nice staff but other guests not so much!

Gladys at check in was awesome and made me hopeful that my stay would be pleasant. However, the tv didn’t work (or the cable didn’t), the floors are extremely thin and you can hear everything (cheap construction!)…this caused a noise complaint to be filed against me! I definitely would not bring children here because most of the other guests appeared to be older and more sensitive to the noise and went to bed earlier. It was also difficult to find…poor signage and not easily identifiable as a hotel from the road (it looks exactly like the apartment complex next door). It’s not very close to the theme parks either - making it less appealing when proximity is important.

Great Customer Service!

Great vacation experience, and close to a lot of local things to do as well as activities available on site.

Rude check in

The room was great, but the check in was not. First Alanis was great but when she told us to cover to Oscar to activate our keys which I thought was ridiculous. All for a timeshare sale!! Oscar was nice at first and once I told him no to the timeshare he attitude changed to an unpleasant one. I didn’t want a time share. When he gave me my paperwork with an attitude and I went to walk away and I didn't realize I didn’t have my parking pass and he goes to me you don’t want your parking pass. It was so rude. Makes me not want to stay at any of your hotels again.

Close to family

Ok. Needs some renovation. AC worked great. Upstairs neighbors ran around and moved the chairs loudly. Get a top floor room.

Disappointed

Outdated and staff not very knowledgeable. Not met my expectations. Wasted my points. Miniature golf,pool table and swimming pool are the only positive happened during our stay.

Hotel was Okay

While we really loved the amenities the bed itself felt uncomfortable. The sheets were scratchy and the couch felt old and dirty. The drawers on the dresser were broken and kept popping open and the door to the bedroom made an awful squeaking noise. The kitchen and bathroom areas were clean, but I wish we’d have stayed somewhere more comfortable because we only utilized the room while getting ready for the day and sleeping.

Poor customer service.

Customer service would not address issues with loud guests right next to us. We would have gladly moved rooms. They claimed they were fully booked yet I could’ve went online and booked another room. They clearly didn’t care about our satisfaction.

Great room

The room and amenities were amazing! We will definitely stay here in the future.

Everything about the property is wonderful! Super spacious and clean rooms, tons of amenities and plenty of activities to keep you busy your entire stay! Love the arcade/game area and mini-golf and pool area is really nice as well. Would recommend to anyone, especially if you’re in town for travel baseball across the street from Northeast Regional Park!
