Ok resort- not cleanest
We are long-time IHG members and have traveled to many other resorts. The rooms were OK. Cleanliness was not the best. Our room had roaches. Not sure I’ll stay here again. The area was quiet though. Wi-Fi was really bad and hardly could get a signal with my cell phone also So no internet for us!

The location was great! The staff was professional and courteous. The room was nice and clean. I love that it had the living room area and the kitchen with the dining room table. It was quite for the most part with the exception of the the noise late night. It was close to lots of different restaurants. Overall it was really nice. Looking forward to staying again.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the fantastic experience we had during our recent stay at your property. Everything from the super clean and spacious rooms to the great pool area with new furniture was just perfect. The complimentary 18-hole mini golf and the indoor play area along with the arcade were highlights for our family and provided endless fun. We also loved the movie theater – it was so nice that you were willing to play any movie we asked for! Most importantly, I cannot thank the staff and management team enough for being so amazing and accommodating throughout our stay. You truly made our vacation the best it could be! Thank you once again for everything! We hope to return soon!

Fantastic stay!
My family and I love this location. It’s not incredibly busy, but has enough to do to keep my kids entertained. We love the laid back atmosphere and amenities. We just completed our 3rd stay here!

This place is amazing. The staff go over and beyond to make sure your stay is the best possible. We stay here everytime my son plays ball in Orlando. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!!!

Treated Poorly!
Good Elite member with over 20 years of dedicated loyalty to the Holdiay Inn/ IHG Brand. Be prepared to be treated poorly and get charged 25 dollars if you have to check out at 10:30 am vice 10am What started out as a great property has quickly went downhill. They traded customer service and caring to become money hungry. Sad state of affairs. Go stay at a Disney property instead.
