Treated Poorly!
Good Elite member with over 20 years of dedicated loyalty to the Holdiay Inn/ IHG Brand. Be prepared to be treated poorly and get charged 25 dollars if you have to check out at 10:30 am vice 10am What started out as a great property has quickly went downhill. They traded customer service and caring to become money hungry. Sad state of affairs. Go stay at a Disney property instead.

Miguel at the front desk was great actually was nice talking to a human before we got there I was ready to forget about IHG for good and Miguel fixed everything made me feel like my stay and my status with IHG matter. hotel as a whole very nice quiet, not flashy but has everything you want for a stay sleep wise or just hanging out at the hotel will say it needs a bar or restaurant thats the only thing missing otherwise great stay

Mostly quite and clean stay.
This was the second time staying at Holiday Inn Orlando Breeze Resort. Enjoyed the cleanliness and (mostly)quiet setting. The location is close enough to Disney but yet far enough to get out of the traffic nightmare that engulfs Orlando. There are plenty of restaurants within a short drive of the location for whatever your taste buds desire. The staff if friendly and helpful. Our only draw back was not the fault of the resort, the guest above us decided to have "WWF Smackdown" one night in their room(Again not the resorts fault). The rest of our stay was restful and we enjoyed the Putt Putt Golf, ping pong, foozeball, and arcade on property.

The housekeeping staff was equally courteous, attentive, and helpful, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable experience. Their outstanding customer service made my stay even more enjoyable.

Most Friendly and Relaxing stay we ever had!
Our stay at the IHG Breeze location near Davenport FL was the most friendly and relaxing stay we ever experienced in our 30+ years of traveling. Their convenient location is a must stop for travelers looking to get to the parks, or avoid the crowded Interstate 4 traffic. We stayed here twice already, and will definitely be returning many more times.
