Wonderful lazy river, but we won't be back.

While we enjoyed our last three stays at this resort, this time there were cockroaches in our villa and we experienced high pressure sales to buy into the time-share program. We felt pressure on check-in to sign up for the time-share presentation. This presentation was supposed to be 90 minutes, but took two + hours. In addition, numerous presenters confront and badger you to buy into the time share. To add insult to injury, the free one-week vacation stay is not what you get at the end. Instead, you have to search through multiple properties, all of which add enormous additional administrative costs in order to book.

Better in previous years.

Great location, comfortable bed but lost and found just means lost!

Hotel is in a great location, clean and comfortable and most of the staff here are incredibly helpful. However, we accidentally left items our room on checkout. We contacted lost and found with EXACT locations within our room. These were never found which leads us to believe housekeeping helped themselves.

Girls trip gone wrong

The worst girls trip. Unclean rooms, broken ice makers flooding rooms, rude and nasty sales man for time shares. We went for a relaxing girl's weekend and had nothing but issues and stress.

Great resort!

We had a great time- everything was excellent! The room was perfect- The food was good- The service was great- The activities were entertaining. We all had fun and only wish that we could have stayed longer. We’ll definitely be back!

Relaxation and experience for everyone!

Family friendly and loads of amenities to keep anyone busy. There's always something to do at the resort-i.e jet skiing, swimming, volleyball water and sand, movies, dining, music, gaming, basketball or the gym. The room accommodations are spacious, very clean and private.

So much good and bad!

Check in was at 4PM. Key cards didn't work. Security had to let us in and new keys cards were delivered later. We lost 4 hours of our stay correcting this. Rooms are beautiful. Feels like home. We watched Disneys Fireworks! Service fees for food delivery were outrageous. Arcades were fun. No one to do hairwraps at booths. Carpet was stained and washer was loud! Loved it, but still feel a bit cheated!

Thinner pillows

Everything was really good just didn't like that the ofert was with breakfast included and it wasn't.

Great rooms and atmosphere!

I have stayed here multiple times. We have a great vacay each time we go. Great, spacious rooms equipped with everything you need. Paradise-like atmosphere at River-Island. Can’t wait for next summer:)
