Great accomodation on a really good resort.

This is our third time staying at Orange Lake as a family. We choose the 2 bedroom villa option to stay in as these are great family villas. We get a room and our kids get their own room and bathroom, plus we have full dining and living areas. Balcony are nice, though watch our for the cranes on sites ( by that I mean the birds :). Pool area is lovely and clean, though it is lacking in shade. My only recommendation to Orange Lake would be to at least double the number of umbrellas in the pool area in West village, it would make a massive difference to that area. Good location, close to Target and a Publix and lot's of local restaurants to go to. Shame I've spent all my IHG miles, or we'd be straight back next year.

When driving up to enter Orange Lake Resort Orlando, the scenery is spectacular. Once you reach check-in area, everyone welcomes you with a smile. Also, the area where we stayed was peaceful. There was nothing out of place. I would recommend Holiday Inn Resort Orlando to all family and friends. For me, it’s a one stop shop. You do not have leave the resort u til your time is up. Everything is readily available for you.

Terrible value. High pressure Timeshare Pitch

System was down and had to wait in an hour plus line to get checked in. Room was not ready for us. We get in there and the place is clean but torn apart. The food was so expensive I couldn’t believe my eyes. 6 bucks for a peanut butter sandwich and 7 bucks for sliced apples (mind you there are no prices in sight). I had to do it cuz my kid was crying from waiting in the car so long with my sick wife. I got a timeshare appointment pitch a few times and it felt very high pressure. It was just not a good experience at all and I wish I didn’t use 80000 points for this place. They’re just so greedy with such little value. Put a bad taste in my mouth for all IHG hotels - I’ll be exploring my options moving forward.

Fun family time

Resort has several amenities, rooms are spacious and family friendly. Resort is very large be prepared to bring a golf cart.

Excellent family stay

We loved our stay at orange lake resort! The rooms were beautiful and clean! Pools were so much fun for adults, teens, and kids!

Excellent family vacation destination

Upon arrival we were thrilled to see that the condition of the Resort was 5 stars. Easy check in and our Villa was not only immaculate but decorated beautifully. All the grounds were kept up with beautiful landscaping. I loved how you didn't have to leave the resort. It had everything we wanted and needed. The pools and slides the lazy river were more than we had expected. Would highly recommend this Resort! Can't wait to come back! Thank you from the Millers

Orange lake resort stay

Christian and Day helped us out and made us feel welcomed here from the time we walked in. Our stay was amazing, the only thing I would have liked to see is the QR code for the shuttles posted on the signs at the stops not only on the actual shuttles themselves

Horrible! Worst check in ever!

It literally took me and all my family members two hours to check in when we arrived! They screwed up all our rooms and offered not even a thank you! Horrible customer service and the manager was rude! I will never stay here again!

Summer Stay

The stay overall was nice. The hotel seems a little dated. I found it strange that none of the pools had lifeguards. The food and drinks at the hotel restaurants were yummy. Not many areas to choose from for food and more.
