Excellent staff

Excellent friendly staff upon arrival, Jason, Sue, Tony, others at front desk area. Helpful ideas for sight-seeing; Nicholas was very pleasant enjoyable sales agent, Room comfortable & clean. Coffee shop was delicious. Exercise room average. Pool tiny. Would like more food/restaurant options onsite.

Great service

We really enjoyed our stay from the time we arrived until check out. Ms. Sue and Mr. Tony are the BEST concierge we've ever experienced. They know the city very well. They give their undivided attention to all guest. Our suites were clean and comfortable. There was always hot shower water. The location is prime. We highly recommend.

A1+ Service

Concierge "Jazz" was remarkable...she set the remarkable positive stage for the Holiday Inn Resort. Not only did she welcome us, and took care of luggage, but she went above by researching venues and restaurants on her personal phone when we asked her a question. She should be recognized for her Outstanding Service! Rocky

Couples get away

This hotel was a great location and value was great. Would recommend and stay here again. Staff was so helpful with directions or locations to eat. Security was great also. Would recommend and stay here again

Great location and accommodations!

This property is well maintained. The location is perfect and near the Warehouse District as well as the French Quarter. It is on the St. Charles Avenue Streetcar Line and one block off Canal. The staff is very congenial and helpful, especially Sue who greets at the entrance. The security is good as well. All in all, a great experience.

Excellent service

Check in process was very smooth. Miss Sue was a true pleasure to deal with. Her customer service skills are second to none. She is an asset and should be cherished as an employee.

We had a wonderful time

We loved it. It was very nice to have space to relax and to swim a little. I feel this will become a bit of a home away from home. We are very much looking forward to coming back.

Great stay

Great hotel and outstanding staff. It is located within an easy walk of lots of bars and restaurants and the park/river front.

Needed hot water

The issue stated in the survey, was never addressed nor taken care of to my satisfaction.

Happy camper!

Traveling for a birthday trip I decided to stay at a different Holiday Inn location than the rest of my group. They were envious of my suite size, cleanliness, supplies and staff at my location. I will stay at this location again when I return to the area.
