Great large 2 bedroom
The place was very nice and decor was great. The bed was very comfortable. The showers didn’t have doors on them which was strange and left you taking a drafty shower. The bellhop was very nice just wanted to take our bags without us wanting them to.

Comfortable bed , spacious rooms, nice kitchen, great walking distance from bourbon street, close to the casino, plenty of restaurants around to enjoy, convenient stores on every corner, smoking areas!

Not clean and no shower door/curtain
I found dirty glasses in the cabinets, the floors were not clean and the shower enclosure was odd in that only a portion was covered and the rest wide open to the bathroom with no door or curtain. Our keys were not turned on correctly and had to go all the way back to the desk to get them correctly turned on. Asked for waters at the counter and was pointed to the store and not even offered any even though every other IHG property has given us waters on our arrival. Couldn't get their credit card machine to work that night or the next day. Hallways smelled! Not returning again. The advertised pool by the way is not much bigger than a hot tub.

Loved the location, staff, and room space!! Loved Mrs. Sue was a joy to meet! The room was very spacious with the living space being able to accommodate 6 adults. The pull out couch was very comfortable.

60th birthday
My sisters and I came to New Orleans for my sister 60th birthday. We had a tea party. You have a worker that told us a lot of history regarding New Orleans. We had great food and lots of fun. We can’t wait to come again soon.

Worst stay ever
Worst stay ever at my first IHG Resort. The valet/front door staff was the only good thing about this hotel. Ended up having to use dish towels to take a shower for 4 people because after requesting twice only one towel was delivered. This happened more than once. I was told to take my own trash out. I'm not taking my own trash out while I'm on vacation. Room was never serviced which was disappointing. Checking took 45 Mins, way too long! I would choose a different hotel next time.

Good facility
The facility was good and the staff was very friendly. I wasn’t able to get a 2 bedroom stay that I booked, so that was a bit disappointing with my family of 5.
