Always a Great Stay

Another great trip to the Vacation Club at Grand Geneva - we love being able to cozy in for a few days, and this property feels like a home away from home.

Super soft bed and smaller room

We enjoyed our time but would get a larger room and wish the pool wasn’t so cold. We only went to pool one time since it was so cold. Every guest we talked to at the pool was also complaining about the temperature of the pools. The bed was super soft and hurt my back.

Wonderful Place to Vacation!

This is a great place to vacation and the room is very comfortable. The issues we had were with things like the battery going out on the door key, the TV not working and needing to be fixed, getting a single roll of toilet paper for each room, and a lack of towels. We had to call for all of these things. It never used to be like that. Still, the value is good. The property is beautiful and we enjoy it each year.

Fantastic stay at IHG vacation club at grand geneva

Wonderful stay at a condo unit that provides access to the grand geneva resort amenities that made the stay exceptional. Staff are so friendly, nice, and helpful that shows how proud they are to work here. Loved it so much we booked our next stay already. Definitely recommend!

Comfortable bed, not a villa

The standard is just a motel room, definitely not a villa. The deluxe version is much more roomy and could be worthy of the price. The standard is definitely not. There’s quite a few variations listed on the itinerary, so your days can be easily be filled.

Nice place

All six of us had a great time with plenty of room for everyone to stretch our legs. The check-in was simple but wish they told us more of the expectations during our stay. Great getaway just close enough to many things to do.

Great location and comfy rooms.

Resort was clean and very comfy for my family of 4. Staff were helpful and location was great. Would definitely be staying here again.

Everything was great except

the room was amazing. The kitchen and bathroom and bed were all so very comfortable. The only thing that could’ve been improved was the signage directing where to check in.

The rooms are always extremely clean

It is always a pleasure staying here. Upon arrival regardless of class or financial status I am treating with exceptional service. I would recommend the Grand Geneva/Holiday Inn to all my friends.

Great weekend getaway comfortably with two small children

I enjoyed this stay for my small kids ages 1 and 3. This facility is on a resort with a trolley service and an indoor waterpark nearby. It has both upscale amenities and pools for kids and a park. We loved the affordability and the one bed room suite layout which allowed for my two children to sleep great.
