A great place to stay!
We had an awesome 3 day stay during Garycon 2023. From shuttle rides we could text to request and receive within 5-10 minutes, to the staff handling the 6 inches of snow overnight like pros, we didn't have a single issue during our honeymoon stay/time at the convention. The room was clean and cozy, and even had a porch (for the day it didn't snow). 10/10 would recommend.

Ran into a couple problems in our IHG vacation club stay. The problems were dealt with promptly by staff. Nice getaway for a few days other than that! My family and I enjoyed the stay!

This hotel is right next to main resort and the trolley service is great. Park car when you arrive and don’t need it again. Restaurants are top notch!

Modern and newly decorated room
My family enjoyed our stay came up for the weekend for skiing very comfortable bed and amenities will definitely stay here again. Loved it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great service
The property was nice but it’s in need of updates. The rooms could have been cleaner and are showing signs of wear. The grand offers a lot of amenities which makes the stay very nice. We stayed there over the holidays and the property and lodge was nicely decorated for Christmas.

Nice Getaway
My stay was great. Check in was at a different building which isn’t ideal. Same with the water park. Other then that we enjoyed our stay. Room was nice but no daily housekeeping. We went sledding at the Mountain Top and that was a good time.

Kitchen had everything we needed
We booked 8 rooms. Really enjoyed our stays. The hotel was well managed, very clean. The kitchen was big and had everything we needed. The fitness center was wonderful! The location was convenient for the ski.

Beautiful resort ! Fabulous staff
Grand Geneva is a wonderful place to stay! We come every year at Christmas. Staff is always outstanding! Building 5 and 6 are very outdated and not as clean and tidy as the buildings 1-4 which are updated

This is a very beautiful area and you can tell the staff takes care of the property and takes pride in their work. Staff was lovely and I was able to actually relax and enjoy myself here.
