Not worth 35000 points

I feel ripped off using 35000 points here. We stayed to take our daughter to the Waterpark that's advertised on their website. They did not make the ad clear that you need to pay extra for Waterpark passes, which are VERY expensive for a few hours. During the winter months there isn't much to do here, so we didn't have the best stay. Definitely would not recommend.

Comfortable lounge

Was great. Lounge was nice to relax in with family. Pool was enjoyable also.

Great resort and grounds

Loved this resort and location. The grounds were wonderful and I can't wait to come back and visit in the spring/summer time and try some golf there too!

Great Amenities

Love the value for this room with all the amenities available on the property. We simplied called the front desk for transportation and were driven to the pool, water park, work out, rock climbing, restaurants, etc. Our ride arrived within minutes of us calling. Will definitely stay again. We didn't know when booking that it would be a walk-in shower, which would be fine, but the curtain blew inside the shower onto you and then the bathroom floor flooded. Next time, I'll make sure it's not that kind of room. We've stayed at least 3 times and have always had a great experience aside from the shower this visit.

Late check problems

Nice place with lots to do, great Italian restaurant, no check in at the actual building I stayed in, late check out was not honored and we were interrupted multiple time in the morning of our departure. 2 door visits and three phone calls.

Bad pool experience. Good service otherwise

Good stay. We went for the pool and was not told it would be out of order when we got there. They finally got it running but the water was too cold to swim in yet we had to pay full price for it. Other than the pool issue the stay was good.

Awesome and exceptional

Most amazing room and really good price. We have a everything we need we love it. We definitely go back. Room was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was a plus and we love it. Everything was amazing. Live the shutter busses.

Very clean and excellent customer service

The room was very clean and staff was super friendly. Unfortunately, there was not a whole lot to do at the resort itself during our stay due to the waterpark being closed for renovations (I somehow missed this notice when booking, but of course that is not the fault of the hotel). We probably would have stayed somewhere else had we known not all of the amenities would be available, but we still enjoyed our stay regardless. Would still recommend to others, just be sure everything is open before you book :)

Good location 👌

It would have been a much better experience if Holliday Club would serve breakfast for the whole family...! The fact we got caught in the middle of a dispute with IHG and Holliday Inn was not a very pleasant experience..

Mediocre room

I paid for a 1 night stay due to an out of town wedding. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Vacation Club, building 6. I was surprised in how outdated the room was. It was clear they haven’t put much money into the Vacation Club Buildings for renovations. Our room looked like 2001 all over again. The pool is right next to dumpster and somewhat busy parking lot entrance. If I come back, I’ll book a room with the main resort instead.
