Nice room

A quick 2 night getaway for daughters 17th as I listed on reservation. As a Platinum member I did ask for an upgrade when we checked in. Was told I'd have to call IHG. I called while I was waiting the hours it took for room to be ready. They said I had to ask the front desk. When I told them I had done that and was told to call, they said I should have called before I even got there...lol! There was nothing they could do, even though the hotel wasn't booked. I also wasn't offered anything at check-in being a member. Water, snack, extra points....etc! No acknowledgement of us being there to celebrate an event which I put in reservation details. Overall the stay was fine...just wish for a little more transparency.

great location

the overall was good but the room sofa, chairs, rug are in need of a shampoo cleaning. even though a washer/dryer was provided, 2 hand towels are just not enough for a 4 day stay.

This is the way to stay!

Even if you are staying one night, for the price it is worth it! The amenities that are in the room that are available to you is a great deal for the price. The washer and dryer, the refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher and the gas fireplace.

Deceptive listing

The Holiday Inn vacation club is associated with the Grand Geneva Resort, but not part of the ownership. It appears that this is a busted condo project that IHG is managing. The units are nice and fully furnished with refrigerator, stoves and all kitchen amenities such as glasses, plates, etc. There are no usual hotel services such as towel replacement food service, etc. There is nothing wrong with this if you fully understand prior to booking.

Family Getaway

Had been planning this trip for Easter getaway and my Birthday. The resort is in the mix of rehab and there's construction going on early in the day. Rooms were very nice and in the middle of remodeling. They will be fantastic once completed. We will return next year to enjoy.

My stay was wonderful. My room was really nice and clean. I had a nice time just to relax. Also my kids enjoy their self as well at the water park and arcade room. I will be coming back soon when my kids go on vacation.

Great resort with Grand Geneva resort access

Loved nicely modern furnished units with access to Grand Geneva resort amenities including spa, fitness, restaurants. Located close to downtown Lake Geneva 7 min drive and nearby grocery stores and shopping.
