Great resort

The experience was great first time at this resort. Pulling up at the resort at night the view was very beautiful love it kids love all the Christmas decorations!! The customers service was amazing at checking in omg they were very hands on, I love the text if you needed anything they always make me feel at home and welcome, the room was clean and nice everything was great I will say this but still overall the experience was great, I wish the bed was a bit softer given the bed was firm and didn’t help my lower back pains. Will I stay here again yes ofc, also they had activity for the kids that’s a huge plus cause kids are busy and needed something to keep them going so I love the fact that they had movie night also timber ridge indoor water park is on site as well something my son really love so great experience overall

Excellent Property and Stay

We really love all the features this hotel has to offfer being on the property of Grand Geneva. It’s clean and friendly and has prompt service. I love the convenience of being able to text the concierge service for shuttle and the amenities they have to offer.

Exceptional Place To Stay

This was an incredible place to stay! The grounds are just crazy beautiful, the staffing were very friendly and supportive, and the rooms were amazing. I ate dinner inside the resort it was some of the best food I have eaten. I would stay here over and over again

Relaxing Time at Lake Geneva Resort

We had a wonderful, relaxing time at Lake Geneva Resort, Holiday Inn. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, The rooms were clean and the setting was beautiful. Everything was picture perfect. We look forward to our next stay.

If you are plannong to visit Lake Geneva, you should consider staying here. Great location, excellent service and full of fun activities.

Quiet, clean, lovely!

Our second time here- quiet, clean and lovely apartments with a beautiful view. Friendly, attentive staff. Very easy access to food, leisure and shopping in Lake Geneva!

Honeymoon Stay

No complaints about my room. However, there was very little communication at check in. Visual signage for location of amenities and was lacking. Not all amenities were available. Mini golf was closed which there was no notification at chick in. Outdoor swimming closes early due to new light bulbs needed as stated by the person at the front desk. We were frowned upon because we were staying at the Holiday Inn part of the property. Prices of the horses were extremely high. No communication about the shuttle service. The chances of us returning are quite slim. Nice room but not the Honeymoon weekend I hoped for.

We love this place and we live that it's tied to the Grand Geneva! Wish they would put in shower bars and bark mats for safety!

Very nice place, terrible check in

This was a very nice place, and all was really good except for the check in process. I am an IHG member and had requested early checking, which I understand is not a guarantee. I did give a reason why we wanted to check in early, which is because we have an adolescent in a wheelchair after a very long trip that needs to get out and use the bathroom. She does not walk at all and needs to be lifted. If anyone is familiar with a situation like this, you understand that restrooms along the way are not really an option. I was told the early check in request was going to be made high priority. We arrived two hours early, which was an hour later than I told them I would arrive, and the room wasn't ready yet. That's understandable. We drove around the area for an hour, came back a second time, and and the room was still not ready. We sat out in the parking lot for another hour waiting, until what was actual check in time, 4pm. I was told the room still needed to be approved by a supervisor. We got the key at that point and went to the room. The room was great besides the light not working about the stove. I don't think there was any priority set up for the early check in request. I say that because, this was a complex of basically six buildings and we were in the last building. We were also in the last room of that building. The room wasn't cleaned until right before 4pm, check in time! What is the point of being a member and requesting early check in?! I mentioned this when I was messaged the next day, to see how everything was going. The response was, " well we do have wheelchair accessible rooms". What good does that do me when I can't get in the room??!! The room was great, it worked out fantastic..... ONCE WE GOT IN!
