Large living/dining space

Great set up for families to gather with the living room and kitchen set up. Ample space for multi people to get ready at once having a tub and sink separate from the rest of the bathroom.

Great place

The check in person Mason was efficient and polite. The room was nice and clean. The trolly was quick and effective, the driver of the trolly was very informative. The meal we had at the Italian restaurant was very good, with very friendly staff.

Fall getaway

The area the resort was located was beautiful especially since it was fall. Check in was smooth and our accommodations were fine and very clean. We did not eat any meals at the resort as we did most of our sightseeing downtown by the lake. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Bed was not comfortable

Overall the stay was great, very clean and the personnel was attentive with warmth. I will recommend this chain to everyone I know and again on my next stay, next year I will be needing your facility to conduct our outing. Thank you

Clean and great location

Our visit was in the middle of October. The resort was just under 10 minutes from the lake Geneva and great location. We enjoyed seeing fall foliage and indoor pool at the resort. Food and beverage selection were also great. We would like to go back in summer so that we could enjoy outdoor pool next time.

Good hotel and location

We had a great last minute stay at the Holiday Inn Club Vacations when our Florida trip was canceled. We were a little disappointed in the pool being closed; as when I booked they said they would keep open until Halloween or per weather. It was 82 degrees while we were there. Also, the amenities are confusing as we were supposed to have access to the Grande pool, however, our keys did not work. Otherwise a great stay!

Loved It and Would Come Back

We celebrated our 8th wedding anniversary here for 4 days. Great resort. The food was decent but expensive and they gave us 2 free desserts for our anniversary. We loved the waterpark, horseback riding, and the spa/gym. The massages were too expensive but we could go to the spa and enjoy the hot tub and sauna/steam rooms. They have a basketball court and gym that we liked. They didn’t have tennis rackets on site for us to play. We walked the trail for a short time because it was too cold. The map was a bit confusing at first but we figured it out. Loved our room except the tub could’ve been bigger and should’ve had jets. Overall, it was nice experience and we would go back again.

Great value

Enjoyed a Fall Escape to Lake Geneva, WI and this property. Has thrilled to know we had total access to the Grand Geneva Resort amenities including room service! Highly recommend.

Stay at IHG

The area is beautiful and the Grand Geneva is impressive. The restaurants have been frequently enjoyed in the past we even had our company Christmas party here once. We enjoyed when they had plays in the past I miss those. It was nice seeing our local magician grow up doing shows and now having his own venue. I was disappointed the water park was closed that was one of the reasons I booked here so that I could take my grandson.

Great stay

Clean and comfortable room and everything was in good order. Was happy with the stay. The check in was a little confusing. There was no information in the confirmation email letting me know that I need to to check in at the Grand Geneva.
