My husband and l love lake Geneva, we try to get away to lake Geneva as much as we can, l had a bad experience when l arrived l got out of the my car and got stung by a bee, we enjoy the boat rides and the outdoor and indoor pools.

Fair stay/ staff amazing

The staff were amazing and tried to compensate for the lack of sleep due to the noise of construction. It would have been nice to have been alerted prior that we would be experiencing all the noise or moved us to a different accommodation.

First night in the USA

We arrived here dog tired after a long flight, and just relaxed straight away. This was also my wife's first time in the USA but everything was just so easy and friendly.

Stay at the Holiday

This is a nice resort, the only issue was the pool being outdoors and being September the hot tub was closed for the season but it was nice to have access to the indoor pool and hot tub at the grand geneva

Everything we needed

Overall the room was nice and well equipped, down to the fly swatter in the closet. The king size bed was comfy and the view of the golf course from the balcony was great. Large two room bathroom allowed us both to get ready at once. The only negative comment would be the paper thin walls where you can hear your neighbors, and I’m sure they can hear you, doing anything and everything ️.

Relaxing stay, with great service

Very relaxing, nice balcony with a nice view. I love that the room had a full kitchen with stove and refrigerator, so that we were able to cook meals. The location of the hotel was very convenient to the Lake where we enjoyed walks and a tour of the lake.

Nice couples get away

We have stayed here twice and have been extremely happy with the service, amenities, cleanliness of the room and the food.

Don’t think I’ll stay again

Wonderful Experience!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Our room was beautifully updated, very clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was also comfy, which was the biggest deal, in my opinion. We loved that the Holiday Inn section of the hotel had access to the main resort, so we took full advantage and enjoyed Grand Geneva’s spa and pool. We also really loved the Holiday Inn pool area. The privacy shrubs surrounding the pool made the central location feel very private. Would definitely stay again!
