Great room but….
The room was excellent but the experience with the staff was horrible. The front desk associate didn’t even greet me as I stood at the desk. Then she claimed to have been having computer issues and we spent almost 15 minutes trying to get the computer to accept credit cards. She was finally able to get it to work. The staff just seemed rude, disorganized, and not at focused on providing a welcoming environment. Additionally, the lifeguard refused to enforce the supervision rules and the hot tub was packed full of children under the age of 10 with parents who weren’t even at the pool!

Awesome place to stay
This property is huge and gorgeous. The villas are amazing, I’ve enjoyed every moment of my stay here. It’s equipped with everything you need in your villa. The food is very good there. I had breakfast at the grille and it 10/10. This is the place for families especially if you need more of an apartment setting.

Issues for Tax Exempt Business Travlers
Make sure when you book that you confirm the exact protocol they have for booking with an organization that is tax exempt. I would not just take their word for it that the front desk will be able to take care of it, apparently it needs to be taken care of DURING booking. (I did make it very clear to who I spoke with this was a tax exempt booking, if that really is IHG's protocol, why did he not ask me for my organization's name or create the booking with my org's name and added me as a guest...which is what I was informed AFTER the fact what I should have done to avoid this.) Despite providing my GSA credit card with my name on it and my organization's name on it, it was not considered sufficient proof and I had to create a case through Guest relations to get my invoice fixed. I am still waiting on an updated invoice/refund of those taxes.

Clean, great space, beautiful surroundings
I cannot express how wonderful this location is! The space was wonderful, clean, and the property is beautiful. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay was very nice. The service was over the top. Very clean and peaceful stay. I would highly recommend staying there. It was close proximity to all the things that are available in Branson and easy to drive.

Great location & Staff, units need updates
Staff was excellent. Master bath needs updating. Tub was cracking & entire bottom was bubbling & chipped. It was unusable. Staff offered for us to move, nut we were settled in. Couches & chairs were older & worn. The unit was a very nice layout. We very much like this facility, but unit needs work.

Wonderful place to stay!
Such a good surprise! The 4-room villa was so nice, comfortable and reasonably priced. We stayed the previous night at a $300 room (least expensive they had on a Thursday night) at Big Cedar just to experience their resort. It was awful! My husband called it a "sheep herder wagon" we were so disappointed in it. Finding your place made up for it! The people at your front desk were excellent - we stayed several nights because we loved it so much!
