Great Family Stay with Excellent Staff & Amenities

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Club Vacations Holiday Hills Resort in Branson. Overall, the resort was family-friendly, had plenty to do, and gave us a comfortable place to relax during our 6-day/5-night trip. The staff were especially helpful during our stay. Alisha, who was new at the front desk, welcomed us warmly and was very friendly to my daughter, which we appreciated. Jason assisted me a few different times and was always very helpful Laurie and Jacob were wonderful as well, and their customer service helped make the stay more enjoyable. There were also several things we really liked about the resort. The outdoor pool was great, and the lifeguard was wonderful. We also had breakfast at the golf resort, and the food was quite good We were able to do laundry for free while hanging out in the activity space, which was convenient and made things easier for our family. We also managed to fit in one workout, and the gym was ideal with many options. We did have a few concerns. The pullout couch was uncomfortable for my daughter, but Reed from maintenance was genuinely supportive and courteous, and he worked with us to find a possible solution. The elevator in Building 41 was a rough ride and made noises that made my family and me uncomfortable, so we took the stairs to the third floor. The most significant issue came on our last day, when my wife noticed what appeared to be rust or buildup between the toilet bowl and lid. It really disgusted her, and thankfully it happened toward the end of our stay. Housekeeping or maintenance definitely needs to address that. Even with those issues, we still appreciated the friendly staff, the amenities, and the overall experience. With a few improvements to room maintenance, this could be an even better family stay.

Had a great stay

We had a very good stay, at first it was a little confusing trying to figure out the location of our room but once we got that figured out everything went smoothly. Front desk was very helpful and friendly.

Disappointed

Check in was Awful.Had 2 rooms reserved for 2 couples. Waited over 45 min. Had one customer in front of us trying to be helped by an employee. Manager just kept giving excuses instead of helping us. Asked for clean towels took 2 days. Got delivered to wrong room. They brought the towels to us themself.

Outstanding staff.

Very friendly and responsive. Barbara made us feel so welcome when we checked in, and Lisa the manager did a fantastic job addressing a challenge that came up during our stay. Highly recommend.

Our annual girls day out

This is a great place away from but very close to any activities we wanted. We shopped. We ate. We laughed. We enjoyed a dinner show. A big breakfast! More shopping. We sat around our cozy room as a family and talked. Our teens enjoyed the pool, hottub and arcade in the guest center. I'm telling you the view from our rooms can not explained it was beautiful even the heavy fog that set in on Saturday. I loved being alone with my family at our girls retreat. - thank you!

Horrible Property

The address given on the confirmation email was incorrect from IHG. After we called and verified where to go, we were finally able to check in. At the check in the staff did not follow IHG procedure by greeting properly. I proceeded to tell the gentleman to deposit our Welcome Points, and he was confused by not being trained properly. We then proceeded to where our room was and drop off our luggage. That evening when we returned, we noticed the living area table was busted out underneath. Next morning when we got showered, we again noticed what appeared to be mold on the shower head. At this point we dropped off our cards and notified the Diamond Line who stated that this was not the IHG way and apologized. I would not recommend this property until they learn what maintenance is.

High Dollar 24 Hour Family Roadtrip =(

Was a cute place to stay however, they gave us a room....then said it was the wrong room. Put us in a whole different building and room making us late to an appointment we had AND THEN I just got notice from my bank...they freaking double charged me! At $255 a pop, this turned into quite an inconveient and expensive 24 hour road trip with the family. =(

Loved my stay

My first visit and I loved it. I enjoyed the drive from St. Louis to Branson. Check in was pleasant. Thankful for the young lady providing the address to my apt. If I did not have the address I would have gotten lost. The resort is huge. My apt was clean and comfortable. Loved the space and layout. I enjoyed a quiet, peaceful weekend. Will return soon! The view from my room was great too.
