EVERYTHING YOU WANT AND NEED

IM FAIRLY NEW AT STAYING AT VACATION RESORTS VERSUS HOTEL RESORTS. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE 2 BEDROOM SUITE WITH PLENTY OF ROOM FOR 2 FAMILYS AND THE GRANDKIDS. EVERYTHING YOU WILL NEED IS SUPPLIED IN THE ROOMS. THE INDOOR AND OUTDOOR POOL AREAS ARE PERFECT. RESTAURANT ONSITE, GREAT SCENERY, QUIET, GREAT PRICE AS A PRIORITY MEMBER, AND EXCELLENT FRONT DESK RECEPTION, THAT CHECKED WITH US THE ENTIRE TRIP BY TEXT. I AM IMPRESSED

Relaxing hotel

Relaxing hotel with lots of amenities and activities. The rooms are nice and clean. It is close to Branson Landing and lots of other things. We did not have a pleasant check in experience. The lady didn’t greet us and then was not knowledgeable and could not explain anything and would say certain things and when we would call her out on it as being wrong she would try deny saying it and calling us liars which caused an obvious escalation. She had a manager try and explain before the escalation and the manager was horrible at communicating as well. It took a third employee who heard the escalation down the hallway and asked the employee to step away and she refused initially and said that she is fine and that it’s us. She just stood there like she still wanted confrontation and the lady told her she needed to step away. She finally did after being ignored. The third lady assisting us was the most helpful and was able to communicate clearly and explain everything. Outside of check in everything else was great. I do wish the activity room where the pool tables are was open later but that’s all.

Great resort

We Injoyed our stay. We had our daughter, son-in-law, and our granddaughter with us. We were comfortable. We Injoyed the indoor pool. We also went to the arcade. I did not get to experience the golf course on this trip mabe next trip.

Great location in relation to main drag in Branson

We very much enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect...just a short travel time to pretty much anything we wanted. The rooms gave us plenty of space that we each could retreat and get a little quiet time. My tweens especially loved the indoor pool since it rained most of the week that we were there. I would've loved to have Keurig instead of a pour over coffee pot, and we would have made good use of a toaster for breakfast, but those are personal minor conveniences. Will definitely stay here again!

Great place to Stay

From all of the reviews, I was kind of scared to stay there, but once we arrived and seen our room and everything, and the people were very glad that we came were able to relax and have a good family vacation.

Best place to stay for your money!

We have stayed at holiday hills multiple times over the last year. We always have a great experience. The staff is great, the rooms are clean and have good amenities. The value for the condo we stay at versus a hotel room is far superior. We have 2 boys. Having separate bedrooms and a kitchen is ideal for everyone to have some personal space and keep snacks on hand for the kiddos. We have neve rhad a bad experience here. Would highly recommend.

Nice location, but room Carpet needed changing

We recently stayed at this resort during a getaway to Branson, and overall, it was a mixed experience. The Good: The location was perfect—close enough to enjoy Branson’s shows and attractions, yet far enough to offer a peaceful retreat. If you’re a golfer, this resort is ideal, and if you’re looking for easy access to Branson without being right in the heart of town, it’s a great choice. The staff was excellent—friendly, welcoming, and professional. I especially appreciated that when the resort representative approached me about a timeshare presentation and I politely declined, they respected my decision. Unlike other high-pressure sales environments I’ve encountered, this one was refreshingly low-key. The Not-So-Good: Unfortunately, the condition of our room left something to be desired. The carpet was heavily stained, and there was a noticeable wet dog odor when we arrived. We ended up purchasing some Febreze just to make the space more comfortable. Also, if a scenic lake view is important to you, you may want to consider other properties in the area, as this resort doesn’t offer much in that regard. Bottom Line: This resort is a solid option for golfers or those wanting a quieter stay with easy access to Branson. While the staff and location are definite highlights, room cleanliness could use improvement. With a bit more attention to the upkeep of the accommodations, this could be a truly excellent place to stay.

Perfect for families of 4 or more very accommodating and affordable.

The staff were extremely helpful and efficient. The villas are very spacious and comfortable. Price is reasonable and it’s like a home away from home. Full kitchen and dining room with a dish washer and two bedrooms with whirlpool tub and shower. Two separate bathrooms. Works very well for our family of 5.

Very clean , beautiful place to stay

This hotel is not only beautiful, it's quite area but convenient, the price was outstanding and we will directly be back. We had a great time and really enjoyed our time in Branson. We can't wait to come back.
