Charged extra without explanation
Paid full price for a room we reserved on the app. There was no mention about this being a timeshare property on the app (1st red flag) but was told at check-in if we show for a presentation we would get extra IHG points. Not once was this something that we were told was mandatory AND had we known this was a timeshare property we never would have reserved a room here. The rooms were decent, but are outdated and have some wear and tear, not a big deal. Could have been cleaned better in some areas, but definitely not the worst I have seen. Indoor pool was great, but not enough towels in the room for our family of 6. You can 100% hear your neighbors and the beds are not at all comfy. Did not have enough blankets for the amount of people on the reservation and upon arrival one bed was not made completely based on how the other bed looked. Now our biggest problem, after getting home from our trip, we checked our bank account. We have a mysterious pending charge for $50 from the hotel dated 2 day after we had been there and a cleared charge for nearly $50 from the day we checked out. Upon check out, we were told we would receive a bill in our email (still haven’t days later) and are being charged with no explanation why. The phone number does NOT go to the front desk and the bill has not been put into the app or emailed so we are left with hoping a manager responds to our requests left through the app’s customer service for an explanation.
No, I do not recommend this property.

Quiet and clean!
I love staying at this resort when in the area for business. I travel extensively for work, and this is one of my favorite places to stay. It is so quiet and private, you really never want to leave. Highly recommend staying at this property.
Yes, I recommend this property.

Awesome Place
Room was conveniently located, price was great for the amount of space the room has. Staff was very polite and attentive. Resort had plenty to do, such as golf course. Will definitely be staying here again.
Yes, I recommend this property.

Great Place to Stay
My family and I have stayed at the Holiday Inn Club Vacation Resort in Branson,MO several times. The villas are very comfortable with a rustic theme. The staff is very friendly and the resort has good amenities, including several pools and a decent fitness center.
Yes, I recommend this property.

Decent Place
Decent Place to stay in Branson if you don't want a hotel room. Mini kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, outdoor area. The unit we stayed in was clean enough, but it is showing some wear and tear. Everything worked-refrigerator-stove etc. The unit is not insulated from sound well and when you have neighbors you can hear them. There is a large indoor pool, albeit it was closed for maintenance during a portion of our stay. I will warn anyone staying here that they will try to sell you vacation packages. To get your room key when you check in you are directed to the "vacation desk" which for me was a huge red flag. The lady wasn't pushy with the sales pitch (lucky for her) and handed me the room key wrist band after I refused her offers, but we received a phone call the next morning and had a very pushy salesperson that was lucky to be talking to my wife instead of me. Like I said it's a decent place, pretty close to everything and I would probably stay again as long as the salespeople leave me alone. There's plenty for kids to do, so if kids are involved it is great for that. I think a summer stay would be great with the golf course next door again as long as they keep the sales pitches to themselves.

A great alternative to stay at while in Branson.
Our daughter traveled with us this year for the Christmas shows. We found the Holiday vacations property which had a 2 bedroom for the same price or cheaper than a one room and 2 beds in town. Clean rooms and the staff were eager to please. Please note: They will offer you a tour on time shares. We give this property 4 stars due to wear and tear and guests being allowed to let their animals go to the bathroom, near the entrances which smell. However, this is a good place to stay for the price and amenities.

Parking
Whoever is the owner the Tesla at this facility only thought they had to park undercover at the front door not in a parking spot which makes it difficult not only to get out of the building, it makes it difficult for a vehicle to get out of the handicap spot.

Off the Branson strip
Away from the traffic of Branson but still easy access to attractions. This makes for a nice evening and peaceful night
Yes, I recommend this property.

Wonderful location to relax and take in Branson
Had a great stay at this location. Conviently located, but slightly sucluded. Staff was friendly, and beds were comfy. Please be aware that you will be asked several times if your interested in their 90 minute speech pertaining to becoming an owner. I declined the first night, but received a call each morning asking if I changed my mind.
Yes, I recommend this property.

Very disappointed. Will NOT return.
Booked a condo 9 months ahead of time. Requested a certain unit that we had stayed in before. I understood that the unit request was not guaranteed, but when I was 1 week from going, I called and they said they had assigned units and they had assigned me the one I requested. I was excited! 3 days prior, I called back to make sure I heard them right and they confirmed that I was definitely assigned the unit I requested. When I arrived, they had given my unit to someone else and gave me a unit that 1/2 the size and not nearly as nice. It was basically an average hotel room, which is not what the unit category I had reserved or paid for. The manager was supposed to call me but never did. No one cared and I was not valued as a customer. The front office staff acknowledged thata new employee must have given my unit away, but no one cared to help fix the bad situation. The unit I was given had a worn out mattress and a teensy vanity in the bathroom and the bedroom was so small that I had to keep the luggage/clothes in the living room. I am very disappointed in how I was treated as a customer and will not return.
