Friendly stay and clean resort and great rooms

Staff very welcoming and respectful and friendly. Rooms and resort were very clean and nice.

Loved the room very comfy

Was staying during off season which means not a lot was open and also everything is stopped after 10 they should atleast keep it open until 12 we are on vacation to have fun a curfew is crazy when your paying daily should be open for adults to actually enjoy when there is not many children a late night movie would be amazing

Excellent location and view. Good bedding. Amenities were great for family enjoyment. Kids loved it and want to return. Wife loved location and view from room. Wants to return soon to same location. I loved that they loved it

Hill country getaway

stay was wonderful and comfortable. Always look forward to an awesome bedding experience and this stay did not disappoint. Loved the suite experience of a separate bedroom from living area. Although we did not use, was pleased with fully usable kitchen with all the utensils and serving ware to fix a meal. Fireplace is a nice touch in living, dining and kitchen part of the suite. Overall extremely nice and comfortable. Would definitely recommend. .

Thanksgiving stay

The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff was pleasant. We enjoyed our stay. It was nice being close to the lake.

Great location just outside of Austin and San Antonio

Nice location and good facilities! Close to the Canyon lake dam .

Scenic and comfortable space to relax

The overall scenic view was great for morning walks and hike; enjoyed comfortable bed and kitchen areas.It was very relaxing and enjoyed seeing the deer while drinking coffee on patio area in the morning!

For a Holiday Inn Resort Property, it was mediocre at best

I was promised food, beverage and bar over the phone when I was talking to the Marketing Group who takes reservations, none of it happened, the young brunette at the second check-in station was pleasant, helpful and bubbly. the older blonde lady who checked me in and dealt with me the entire stay complaining about having to stay in the most expensive room, the two-bedroom suite so I did not have to move every day in the one bedroom suite I originally wanted. she was not pleasant and she was not miserable, she was just mediocre at best. Probably won't stay there when I return if they don't contact me via email for a free one night stay on my next visit, while I pay for the remainder of my stay IF the internet works or emails me letting me know that they are offering me a 50% credit for b/c I had to stay in the most expensive room so I did not have to change rooms every day for the one-bedroom suite

Spacious and comfortable accommodations

The 2 bedroom 2 bath suite was more than enough space for the 4 of us. We were extremely comfortable and had an amazing stay. I only wish we could have stayed longer this time.
