Great service and value

Beautiful location with lots of amenities. Half of the property is oceanfront. Pools, hot tubs, mini-golf on site and a clubhouse with activities for the kids. Any issue we had was dealt with promptly. My only complaint is that what we were shown on the website (what we thought we booked) is different than what we actually received.

Good customer service, okay property

Room was clean, amenities were fun to take advantage of (beach access, mini golf course, full kitchen), and the customer service was very good. The check-in process (especially for latecomers) definitely needs to be modified and the property could stand more signage indicating where the the main buildings are (registration and check-in, activity center, etc.) Balcony was rather dirty, so we didn't touch the outdoor furniture much. Perfect location if you're looking for a more remote spot to relax.

Outstanding

Open the door you're in a relax atmosphere with separate bedrooms each a door and full bathrooms. All rooms equipped with TVs and Wifi. Just an automatic feeling that this is the place to vacate with family and friends. Conduct a personal meeting and the ability to setup drinks and food.

Hustled into sales meeting. Twice on this visit.

I already wrote this review. I was not happy that we were placed in a unit that was not ready, artwork missing from walls, pillows missing, etc. The master bathroom did not have shower gel in the shower; they placed hand lotion instead. In the shower! The bed in the master bedroom had dirt. No literature describing things in the unit or how to access anything. The bathrobe was missing; in all, it looked like when they realized we were repeat customers who paid full price and declined the sales presentation, they did not care anymore and placed us in the unit that was yet to be fixed. It was disappointing, and I am not planning on going back to that particular location. After refusing the sales presentation at check-in, they called us again the next day to ask us.. geez. By the way what is the recognition for IHG members? As soon as they asked me if I was a member and I gave my information, they tried to get me to commit to going on the sales pitch, offering me all kinds of "freebies based on my IHG rewards" But not free unless I sit for two plus hours in your presentation to purchase a timeshare. Terrible.

Overall nice room, friendly staff.

Pros: Overall the room was nice. It was spacious and fully furnished to include kitchenware. The staff were friendly and the grounds were immaculate. Cons: No access to food without crossing a busy street, must climb approximately 30 stairs to access your room as there is no elevator.

One of the best stays I've ever had

I did not get a chance to use any of the offered amenities but the room itself and the accommodations as well as the level of service I received was absolutely fabulous! Will definitely stay here again.

Oceanfront is beautiful; prepare for a drive

We stayed in the signature villas on the ocean. The room was huge and we really liked that! The villa needs some work on appliances and the furniture. We could not all sit in the living room together. The couch had rips in it. It was a bit of drive from town but otherwise pretty nice! We did have one issue in the arcade. The manager went above and beyond to fix that!!

Fab place to stay

Stayed here for 4 nights with my family. Loved the apartment. It was clean, modern and had everything we needed. Having the bathroom toiletries and kitchen supplies were lovely. Bed was very comfortable and it was quiet at night. Staff were helpful and friendly. Even though we were on the main complex across the road from the cafe and pool by the beach, it was walking distance and easy to cross the road. Shame it closed at 7pm and nowhere else was open close by.

Loved our stay

Views are perfect! Away from all the traffic. Great location for beach access. Staff was great. Loved the pools. Snack and drink options were perfect.
