Don't stay
Gave 1 bc I couldn't give 0! Worst IHG hotel ever stayed at. Room was filthy and outdated. TV disconnected in living room and one in bedroom was set up for Spanish and spent 15 min to change.

Exceeding expectations
Our stay exceeded our expectations. Considering that the hotel is classified as only 3 stars, the accommodation is actually much better than expected. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with excellent beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, and having a washing machine and dryer was an additional benefit. The swimming pools were great for the children, and the free parking was another big plus. Overall, we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality and comfort of the accommodation and would definitely recommend it.

Rooms a bit outdated
Room w a bit outdated, not very clean, A/C was not working correctly and the room was 97° at night. We would probably prefer to stay at a different Holiday Inn location to avoid pressure from timeshare.

Amazing but a little walk
It’s a little out of the way but it’s an amazing place if you’re willing to walk. I highly recommend the Villa! Deliveries will have a hard time but it’s worth it.

Short but great stay
Grounds and room were very clean. Staff was attentive and helpful. The property had everything we needed and was walking distance to the sphere and the strip.

Great stay!
Room was great, A/C ran awesome, it was 115 outside, 68 inside consistently. I stayed in building 15, back on the lot. View of The Sphere and quick access to all of the 5 pools. Only restaurant on site is in the main building up front. Activity buildings are sprinkled throughout the property. Main building also houses a store and other food/drink options. The staff was friendly, every one of them, and I appreciate how welcome they made me feel. Only one downside and if you plan properly it's not an issue. The on-site store closes at 10PM and if you don't have drinks or food for the evening, there's no other option on-site. I mentioned this to the front desk, a lack of vending machines is a problem. The only other option is a 10 minute walk to a 711 down the street. I realize not everyone is a late nighter.
