Terrible service for receipt
Second time staying in there both times I have to fight to try and get a hotel bill. Will not supply a whole bill with zero balance showing it was paid by my credit card. This does not work for my expense reports. For this reason I will never stay there again.

Vegas Customer Service Still Exists
Quality staff from the first impression at valet, and throughout stay until checkout. Definitely coming back and telling others. Great location as well!

Holiday Inn Las Vegas
Overall this hotel is great. It’s a nice quiet place to get away from the big casinos. It is so close to the Sphere and the pool areas are very relaxing. Everything is very well kept up and the staff is amazing. We had trouble at check in where they were trying to get us to take a “vacations tour” but overall I would stay here again.

my stays at Holiday inn vacation club
this location is super convenient, easy parking. good view of sphere. not far away from the strip. good value for family stays especially with the full kitchen. sofa bed is good for young kids. my stay was at second floor, not bad to move luggage from parking lot to the hotel room. highly recommend to anyone wants full kitchen, easy parking, easy access to hotel room, see sphere etc.

Gave 1 bc I couldn't give 0! Worst IHG hotel ever stayed at. Room was filthy and outdated. TV disconnected in living room and one in bedroom was set up for Spanish and spent 15 min to change.

Exceeding expectations
Our stay exceeded our expectations. Considering that the hotel is classified as only 3 stars, the accommodation is actually much better than expected. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with excellent beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, and having a washing machine and dryer was an additional benefit. The swimming pools were great for the children, and the free parking was another big plus. Overall, we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality and comfort of the accommodation and would definitely recommend it.

Rooms a bit outdated
Room w a bit outdated, not very clean, A/C was not working correctly and the room was 97° at night. We would probably prefer to stay at a different Holiday Inn location to avoid pressure from timeshare.
