Dirty and Rude

The hotel was very dirty and we did not get room service any single day, not even to get coffee bags. I had to go ask for them at the lobby. Also we were invited to participate in a preview of the Resorts and then we were too that we could not participate because my wife does not understand English very well, which was very rude. We lost a lot of time speaking to the hotel host about this only for them to tell us we could participate. I understand English perfectly and could have heard the speech for both of us, and in any case you can not restrict this event just because some one does not speak English. Finally, the hotel was not even a good price for what we got, for the same price we could have easily stayed at the Paris hotel which is on the Main Street and also includes breakfast.

Avoid this place

Awful service, the staff made a series of mistakes and I was blamed for them. Couldn't relax by the pool bc there were staff with chainsaws and leaf blowers surrounding the area for over an hour, yet apparently they don't have staff to clean?? Couldn't watch streaming services bc you can't log into them on the TV. Finally, got locked out of my room the last night bc my key was set to expire during my stay - no apology for that either. The money you save by staying here simply isn't worth it.

No, I do not recommend this property.

We have a great view of the Sphere

We asked for the good view of the Sphere however we got a great view…my kids love it and want to stay longer. The price was worth it and we highly recommend for our family and friends who will come and stay in Vegas for business or leisure. Thanks manager and staffs helping us during our stay. The only thing I would say that it takes time for food when you come to the bar/ restaurant. Our family hope to stay again for the next trips.

Yes, I recommend this property.

.

Everything was good. We loved the room, which had everything we just could think. Wash machine, drier and so In "breakfast included", they suggested 60$ for 5 people for 2 days. It is not enough even for one morning. For honestly - i need to mention that we got some sharing promotion program, which allowed us to get refund (and more). Since i don't know if this program is always available - i won't share the details. Overall stay was very good and very high value for money

Great location and spacious rooms

The location of the property is central to the vegas strip, which is since since you can either walk everywhere or take the tram. The rooms are extremely spacious.

Yes, I recommend this property.

There are better places

The rooms are a nice size, the bedrooms do NOT get cool and you can hear EVERYTHING, like you if had the windows open. Housekeeping will just walk in on you VERY early, don't care if you're asleep or naked, then holler and have conversations with people for 30 minutes outside your door, and wake up everyone in the house. Staff did not care or offer anything but an hour later check out- which is not needed when you were woken up 3 hours earlier than the alarm was set. The bar/restaurant has good drinks & food- but not a waiter for hours, then just one for the whole pool area. They ought to connect all the pools with a lazy river & clean the waterfall.

No, I do not recommend this property.

Excellent resort

Staff and resort is great. Janessa at check-in is outstanding. Very professional, polite and friendly. A true asset for the I.H.G Group.

Yes, I recommend this property.

Superior customer service

We feel like we found a gem in Las Vegas at this hotel! If you’re going to the Sphere this is the place to stay! It’s an easy spot to get picked up by an rideshare and realistically walking distance to the Strip. Everyone was so nice - from the desk staff to the shuttle guys. The pools are great and the rooms are big! We will definitely be coming back!

Disappointed

The check in was fine. He was welcoming and informative. Then we were sent into another line to wait for our keys to get "activated" which only meant they wanted to sell us a timeshare. The hotel was dirty. The floor in the living room was sticky and ants had gathered so that was pretty gross. I called the front desk for 30 minutes and no one ever answered so we had to just clean up that mess and try to not let this ruin the mood. The furniture was old. The sofas were stained and the sinks in the bathroom had hair. The setup was lovely but for 900 for 2 nights, it would have been lovely to get better service in a clean room and phones answered. We were told we would receive a text from customer service at checkin, just to ensure everything was great but that text never came. Proximity to the sphere is amazing so that was lovely. 2 pools were closed, 1 being the one next to our room so again, disappointed. Finally, no housekeeping at all during our stay so we had to make our own beds and no clean towels for the second day
