Comfortable and Convenient

Convenient, reasonably priced, comfortable place to stay in Las Vegas. Sometimes the casino hotels on the strip are so big you walk your legs off just to get a cup of coffee in the morning. Here you have space to spread out, a full size fridge, closet space, etc. The bed is firm but not hard, lots of pillows, a big dresser and 2 TVs. My only issue is with the check in process, you check in at one desk but then need to go to another desk to get your room key as they are trying to promote a timeshare. Really? There should be a better system in place.

Disappointing Return Stay

We've stayed here before, but this time was very disappointing. The check in process, after traveling all day was frustrating- spending too much time with front desk to then not be able to get your keys until after they try to get you to sign up for a time share presentation and push multiple times after being told no. The manager (?) then interrupting the employee who was giving us our keys because she was trying to leave and give instructions before she left. Then after all of that keeping my husband on the phone later in the week trying to still get him to attend a presentation. We won't be staying here again unfortunately. The activity team was very friendly and we would like to recognize them.

Great Room, Terrible Customer Service.

I reserved 5 rooms at this resort. The rooms were well appointed, clean and comfortable. Location was excellent to the attractions that we experienced in Las Vegas. The downside was that the front desk experience was deplorable. I had called in advance to give the names of my guests that would be checking in before me and requested that we all stay in the same building. I spent an hour and a half on the phone beforehand and had to speak with four different customer service representatives before this task was completed. It took my guests an hour to check in as they could not find any of the information I provided, and were unable to look it up by the email confirmations that were given to me because they were IHG numbers and they were not able to cross reference them on site, very strange. They then were directed to a timeshare table to activate their keys. The gentleman there would not activate their keys until he tried repeatedly to sell them on signing up for a timeshare presentation. He held them hostage for 20 minutes before my brother finally demanded the keys. When I went to pick up my keys, the gentleman started in with trying to get me to sign up for a timeshare presentation. When I politely declined he told me I was rude and that his time was just as important as mine. As I was walking away, he called me rude 4 more times. I was dumbfounded that I would be treated in such a manner and if I had any inclination of buying a time share there this would’ve completely dissuaded me. Two of our rooms had no hot water during the first three days of our stay. The front desk did not care about our experience at all. This was one of the worst customer experiences I have ever bern through. Also, several of the pools were under construction and the fitness center was closed. As much as I appreciated the room, the customer service experience would deter me from ever booking at this hotel again.

No, I do not recommend this property.

We used our free night to stay here but hope to be back soon! The sphere next door is amazing to view. The complex is clean, safe and located centrally to most things! We loved it

Don’t stay if you work service

They will charge you for your full stay if you check out early and will refuse to refund you for the days you did not stay there. Everything feels cheap and is over priced.

No, I do not recommend this property.

Bad stay

It took two hours to find my reservation and check-in. The manager basically said it was "My problem" and that I did not have a reservation. Only through persistence and my unwillingness to walk away did they eventually find my reservation.

No, I do not recommend this property.

No Issues!

Loved it! The only thing to be mindful of is the apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floors have staircases only to access them.

Yes, I recommend this property.

Extremely Disappointing

Not the place to stay if you're flying into Vegas & arriving anytime before 3 pm their time! Ridiculous wait to check in upon arrival...forced to listen to an annoying salesman shove a time share presentation down your throat-while he refuses to listen to you! I advised him I was not feeling well & I felt like I was going to pass out-and he just continued w/his pitch!! AFTER 4 STERN 'NO'S!!!! He even used my not feeling well as an angle to get me to agree to sit thru a 90 minute presentation-said I could just sit down & take it easy while I learn all about what they have to offer!!! PLUS-THE GUY TRIED TO SAY I WAS NOT AN IHG REWARDS CLUB MEMBER IF I DIDN'T HAVE THE APP...YET-I AM AN IHG REWARDS CLUB MEMBER-HE SAID HE COULD LOOK ME UP--BUT THEN REFUSED TO DO SO!!! IT WAS WEIRD!! The most unaccommodating 'resort' I have EVER stayed at!! We were 'checked in' by around 1:45 pm after waiting in line for over an hour....and our room was not even ready by 4 pm which was the official check in time....!!!! Did not get into a room until AFTER 4:30!!! ANNNND....that was only after several attempts to get SOMEONE TO HELP US OUT-AGAIN...I WAS FEELING VERY ILL & NO. ONE. CARED!!! PLUS...2 out of their 4 pools were closed-causing overcrowding at the 2 remaining...ANNNND we witnessed a situation on our final day there that SHOULD'VE PROMPTED CLOSING OF THE POOL WE WERE AT!! A glass table was shattered....there was glass everywhere, very windy...it was near the kiddie section & hot tubs areas of the pool-CLEARLY a hazard-yet they just kept the pool open!!!! THEY USED A LEAF BLOWER TO BLOW THE GLASS PIECES!!! ON A VERY WINDY DAY!!! A LEAF BLOWER-GLASS-HOT TUB-KIDDIE AREA!! UNBELIEVABLE THAT THEY KEPT THAT POOL OPEN!! Yes...they caution taped the kiddie area while they continued their attempts at cleaning things up...but that water flowed right into the main pool area where they just continued to allow people to use. We witnessed one of the resort worker's who must've had some kind of authoritative position come and 'inspect' the damages while the worker's were attempting the clean up-pointing out glass IN THE WATER OF THE KIDDIE AREA...STILL-NO CLOSING!! She walked right by us and told who appeared to possibly be a maintenance supervisor that she would've closed the pool immediately, so whoever she called to get the final word put people's SAFETY AT RISK -most likely to avoid being down to 1 pool at a resort that promises a 4 pool experience....DISGUSTING!

No, I do not recommend this property.

Amazing place

I was blown away by how close this place is to the Strip, yet it feels like a secluded, private resort. The proximity to the Sphere was a huge plus, and getting a staff-assisted ride straight to the private entrance of the Sphere parking lot was next-level convenience. The grounds are peaceful, well-maintained, and beautifully managed. The rooms? Absolutely epic: spacious, serene, and instantly relaxing. Compared to typical Strip hotels, this place offers way more value for your money. The Gold Mine bar was a hidden gem too, with great prices and genuinely friendly service. This spot is officially my go-to for Vegas stays from now on.

Yes, I recommend this property.
