Never stay here

The location is the only thing good about this location, We booked a king room with roll in shower, get to the property and are given the supposedly last room of that type, which has what I would generously say is a full bed not even queen. The kitchen was stocked with knives but we could not find the silverware to save our lives, until my wife looked in the bed room hutch. Also at check in we where told not to drop the AC below 75 or the entire unit would freeze up and we would be with out AC for hours, even with it on the unit was hot as hell, i get its Vegas and warmer than most places but this is ridiculous. I have stayed at many IGH properties but I now know why they have to sell shares to this one as that would be the only reason to stay here again. On check out I brought these concerns to the front desk clerk who told me well we are not affiliated with the other IGH properties we are the time share division, well that is something I will look out for and avoid at all cost.

Be prepared to sleep in 80 degree rooms

Hotel was ok. But...beware the air conditioning cannot keep up. Our room was close to 80 degrees each day and night we were there. Even though we had the thermostat set at 70 degrees. Also it was only around 100 degrees outside. So I'm not sure how hot the room would be in the summer when the temps get to 120+

Low scale for Vegas

Large complex some some if you are in the back you have a long walk. Also 2 of the 3 pools were out of service. For a new complex building was not ver high quiality Sound issue from above as well as door gaps that critters could get in.

First-time Vegas trip

While the overall stay was enjoyable, there were some areas that need improved. Our first room, electrical issue with kitchen light caused sparks at the fixture. I am a retired firefighter, so I was on edge from the start. We were moved to a different room in a new building. The toilet handle was loose, causing the toilet to run I didn't manually close the tank flap. 2 of the 5 pools were closed for "remodeling", so we had to walk to other pools in the complex to swim. Better coordination may have prevented that. HOWEVER, our stay was pretty enjoyable, as the property grounds and landscaping was beautiful, the staff friendly and helpful, and the location near The Sphere was a major plus. We were there for the Kenny Chesney concert. The overall cost of the stay was great, which helped us endure the minor issues.

Yes, I recommend this property.

Comfortable and Convenient

Convenient, reasonably priced, comfortable place to stay in Las Vegas. Sometimes the casino hotels on the strip are so big you walk your legs off just to get a cup of coffee in the morning. Here you have space to spread out, a full size fridge, closet space, etc. The bed is firm but not hard, lots of pillows, a big dresser and 2 TVs. My only issue is with the check in process, you check in at one desk but then need to go to another desk to get your room key as they are trying to promote a timeshare. Really? There should be a better system in place.
