Great price, great location, comfortable and quite room, checked all the boxes and then some. Quick and easy check in and check out. Price was right and the suit was sweet! Nothing but exceeded our expectations

Quick Trip

We had an awesome time at this resort with great staff and very clean rooms. We would definitely recommend it to all family and friends. We also would like to return in the very near future and possibly with friends and family.

Close to strip

This is a nice gated community close to the strip if you don't get rental. The room is decent sized with fireplace, washer and dryer and kitchen but it was dated. The faucets had lots of corrosion so it was difficult to use.

Resort unsuitable for short stays

We were passing through and spent the night at this monster complex. This would be great for a family for a week. Extremely expensive

Unfriendly Customer Service and Dirty Room

This hotel was one of my worst stays at an IHG property. I’m a Platinum Elite member and upon checking in, it was the slowest process ever. The front desk clerk could not have cared less about her job. Her unwelcoming attitude was apparent right from the beginning. I had to ask about everything, what room was I getting, what floor is it on, is there an elevator, what were my IHG benefits, etc. She basically told me there was nothing available, I’m getting a room on the top floor (I’m 6 mos pregnant and there’s no elevator at this property anywhere), no assistance with luggage, no room upgrades, or late checkout.  On top of her attitude, she didn’t even check me in correctly. On the second day we came back to our room and our wristbands didn’t work. I had to call the front desk and they made me come back to the front to check in again and rekey our wristbands. This different girl basically said whoever checked me in didn’t do it correctly. The rooms also aren’t cleaned well. I used disinfectant wipes to clean the surfaces of our room and it was all black and dusty. The soap dispensers in the shower were broken. And extra towels were placed underneath the bathroom sink. GROSS. But it’s the employee who work here who really make the experience suck right from the beginning and left a bad taste in my mouth. Why work at the front desk when you’re not one bit courteous to guests. I just don’t understand. 

Great place to stay

The stay here was great! The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms and workers were great. It was the best stay I’ve had in Vegas in a long time.

Beautiful Resort

It was a beautiful resort with plenty of amenities. The villas were spacious and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing that I did not like was we were told the pool was heated but it was not. Other than that, we had a great time, and we will definitely come back again.

Floors dirty, tub had someone else's hair.

Wash the floors in the rooms. My room and my adult sons room the floors made our socks and bare feet black from dirt. And clean the tubs. The restaurant was great. Happy that one was on site and the food was good.
