IHG customers ignored
I wanted to extend our stay another night, so I went to the front lobby to make arrangements. Sadly, I was told the resort has no on-site representative to assist with IHG bookings, points questions or reservations. The front lobby personnel are only there to assist time-share customers. I was told the IHG representatives were working the phones in the "back room," and not allowed to assist IHG points customers in the lobby. We decided to leave and stay at a different hotel the next night.

Great location
Don't let the name fool you -- this is a gem that is close to the strip and the sphere without being bombarded by it all. Excellent signature room with nice kitchen and plenty of space. Loved it.
Yes, I recommend this property.

Hotel is very calm and quite place to stay.
It's more of a family hotel, a very calm and quiet place to stay, close to the Sands Expo. It's also very close to the Sphere.

Didn't Buy the Timeshare
Went there to celebrate an anniversary, instead we got a timeshare vacation sales hustle. After checking in at the desk and having to listen to unwanted advice Las Vegas entertainment, we were sent to the vacation sales desk to get our room keys. You have to listen to a sales pitch before they give your keys, which are on color coded wrist bands clearly designed to let hotel employees know that you turned down the sales pitch. Next you are given a color coded discount coupon and sent to the concierge "because your room isn't ready yet". Suddenly the discounted attractions you were told were available were "sold out". A little later you will get a call in your room from timeshare sales attempting to pressure you into attending a sales presentation. If you are Diamond Elite, forget those upgrades and amenities because you have been branded as a "non buyer".

We were pleased with our stay. The rooms were large and comfortable with multiple amenities that made our stay more pleasurable. After our initial check-in staff went above and beyond and making sure everything went well.

Great Location Walkable to the Strip
Great location for families, walkable to the strip and quiet enough to enjoy your time away from the buzz. Rooms are very big and generous compared to many hotels I have stayed in (family of 5). Pools are a little "boring" but there are so many that it makes up for it.
Yes, I recommend this property.
