Rooms were clean and spacious Bed and sofa bed not so comfortable Sheets and towels scratchy Kitchen and supplies very well stocked No bathroom shampoos etc

Die Anlage hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt . Tolles Suite mit Küche. ideal für Familien . Alles sehr sauber . Kleine Probleme wurden sehr schnell gelöst. Tolle Poolanlage.

Great stay

I stayed twice at this location: once for work and once with my family. Great location! Having a kitchen and washer/dryer a plus.

Great stay, highly recommended

Stayed in Aug 2019. Excellent room and facilities with range of pools to chose from. 10 minute walk to Strip and Monorail or use the Shuttlebus.

Relax vacation

Easy to walk to the strip and back. Just far enough of the strip to relax without the crazy people

Good proximity to the Strip

Check in was excellent. Front office staff Seth was excellent and really made the check-in process a very welcoming experience. The activities available for the kids were great and the pools were also wonderful. That was pretty much what was positive about the whole experience. The crib was not ready when we arrived to the room. Room needs be updated. The carpet was damp and extremely dirty. And construction happening on the other side of the fence meant it was noisy at night. Not enough towels. Shuttle...was told to just come 10 min before and first come first serve. No one said you had to get a ticket from the bellboy so we were not able to get on. No one mentioned that there was a short-cut to the strip instead of the shuttle bus to MGM. Too few shuttle departures with amount of people wanting to use it . Mentioned to staff about room issues but I guess too much going on. Check-out was a disaster. The front desk woman who checked me out gave out a major negative vibe. Didn't look up, didn't ask how my stay was, didn't wish me a good day, did not at any point smile. The worst check-out experience from a holiday inn ever. Would I come back to the hotel? Only if major changes occur.

Great shirt break in Superior Apartment

Easy to find. Nice lobby. Friendly staff. Room ready early. Used check in process to try to convince me to attend a sales pitch and join their club. Really disappointing no regard for my waiting family. Lovely room, very spacious and clean. Kitchen well stocked with plates etc. Tech needs upgrading. Xbox 360 (nearly 15 years old) and Bose iPhone connector suitable for iPhone 4s and below!! No cleaning whilst we stayed. So beds not made or towels refreshed :( Pool area small but nice. Could do with more shade and maybe some reminders to guests that the pools are non smoking. Rate included breakfast but in the small print that was only for 2 people in our party of 5!! Restaurant staff really friendly.

Good location, great main pool, covered parking

Overall, the hotel is really nice. The location is really good; it's not far from the Strip and very close to the High Roller. I would stay here again. The main pool is fantastic. The water temperature is cool, which feels great on a hot day in Vegas. The waterfall is a very cool feature as well. The biggest drawback of the main pool is that there is no hot tub there; there are hot tubs on property, but by the other pools. That was disappointing. The rooms are very nice. Our one bedroom suite had a fireplace, which was an added bonus. We didn't use it as we were there in summer, but it classes up the room. The layout of the one-bedroom suite is a bit problematic; the bathroom is in the bedroom. Thus, anyone staying in the main room on the sofa-bed has to go into the bedroom to get to the bathroom, which makes for no privacy. Also, the thermostat is in the main room, and the bedroom got warm while the main room was very cold. The rooms are updated and have nice TVs. I've stayed here twice in the past month. The first time we were in building 4 right by the main pool, which was fantastic. The second time we were in building 21, which is in the far back right corner. There were maintenance workers talking loudly at 8 AM outside my bedroom window (which was right near a garage or maintenance building), which was annoying. No one wants to be woken up on vacation by workers. The grounds are really nice. There are two fitness rooms, one with some weights

The room was beautiful. I will stay at the vacation suites in the future. It was well worth it to stay here vs. on the strip at one of the casinos. We were walking distance from the strip and only required a shuttle a couple of times.

Nice place for a few days in Vegas

A bit crowded around the pools and shuttle service could be more flexible and no need to try and sell the timeshare aspect if rooms were booked without timeshare commitment. Nice gym. Nice laundry room off balcony. Front desk staff should tell you that pool towels are in closet and that there is a laundry room. Found those later. Close to strip. Safe. Quiet.
