Greet location and access to cruise port

Great access to the cruise port. Big resorts with excellent amenities. If you are there for just over night to cruise in the morning it’s more than you need but still exceptional location to stay. There is an HI express across the road

Pristine, clean, beach, waterpark

Very nice updated unit with washer/dryer. Two bedrooms, livingroom, kitchen two full baths. Poolside to Waterpark and hot tub/pool. Very pristine, friendly staff. No free shuttles.

Pre cruise stay

Over all the room was very spacious and comfortable. We were able to make dinner and do laundry which helped a lot traveling with 2 toddlers. Pools were really cold except the main pool. Only one restaurant is open and closes early. Not much to do after 6pm and boardwalk to beach should be lighted. Would recommend at least 1 cleaning during stay. More activities for kids and outdoor play structure would be nice. Not sure we will be back to this location but we enjoyed the spacious room and didn’t hear much noise so slept well!

The worst place ever!

The worst property we ever stayed at! The front desk staff and management are totally useless, rude and unprofessional! We brought to their attention how horrible our sleeping situation is. The beds are the most uncomfortable we've ever slept on, and the pull out couch - absolutely impossible to sleep on!! They stated they can't help us and just walked away from the conversation. They brought extra comforters and pillows to our room in black garbage bags, so we can sleep on them! The most unprofessional handling of the situation I encountered.! The worst customer service! We had no choice but move to a different hotel mid stay. I will be disputing the charge and seeking a full refund! You may contact me only if you want to discuss a refund, otherwise don't bother!

Clean, spacious room.

We enjoyed our stay. Family with us too. Fortunate to see a launch. Pools warm. Food in house very good.

resort was super nice and stage was very helpful, bar staff was fun , pools were amazing , access to beach was super nice and shitttle service was super friendly overall i would love to be part of this again

Unwelcome staff enter room unannounced

We stayed here for a pre cruise stay. We had a maintenance man enter our room three time unannounced. He knocked once and entered the room with his key all within our 12 hours of staying on the property. Most of the amenities were closed for refurbishment. I would never stay here again. They were very unprofessional and very hard to sell you some timeshare. I booked this as a hotel not some sales pitch. Very annoyed with our experience as a platinum member of IHG.

I enjoyed my stay. Excellent service, especially the bartender, Savannah. Food a little pricey but delicious. I will definitely be back

Clean and comfortable resort

Highly recommend this property!!! Staff was very professional. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There were lots of amenities at this location. Restaurant has good food and beverages. Shuttle available to take you to the beach. Very convenient!

Vacation Time

This was the first legitimate vacation I took my wife and 3-year old son on, and this hotel didn’t disappoint. There’s so much to do on property that you can stay onsite multiple days and not be bored. It was surprisingly quiet for being right next to the port, and it was cool seeing the ships leave throughout the week. I had some minor gripes that were easy to look past, but I do wish the bed I slept on was more comfortable. With that being said, though, I would 100% stay here again.
