Right on the Beach
The location is excellent with easy access to the beach. The grounds are kept immaculate. The pools are refreshing and fun.

Summer Vacay not expected
Pool is so warm. Beach access is not maintained or clean. Doors do not shut properly. My card and identity got hacked after staying here.

Great overall property. Appreciate the staff and efforts put forth to help make a great stay. Do kind of wish it was closer to the beech and all in one building but I understand it was a preexisting facility.

Beautiful property with evenings by the pool.
We stayed here to be close to the ocean and Kennedy Space Center. We enjoyed evenings in the pool, many times until 10pm. The rooms were clean and suited our family well. We also liked the extras like the mini-golf and movie theater.

Our family really enjoyed our stay there and had a lot of fun. It was great getting to hang out at the pool and watch the cruise ships go out. The beach was a bit of a walk from the main building, but trams are available.

Incorrect Booking - Non-working wifi - non-working hotel amenities
Booked into wrong room then baited to upgrade to more expensive room. Pool closed half the time, hot tub never worked, wifi never worked. Hotel staff inadequately trained.

A Run Down Time Share with the name "Holiday Inn" slapped on it
This is nothing at all like ANY of the many HI resorts I have been to! NOTHING. Stay away. It is a run-down skeleton of what it used to be according to almost every former Ron Jon time share owner that I spoke with while on the property: events/stores on site/ staff everywhere, fun atmosphere, problems dealt with. Nothing like this today. This is, simply put, a time share that HI took over, and put zero effort into making an actual HI Resort. NOTHING. Lazy river broken valve/shut down. Maintanence/shut down. In our six day stay - only ONCE did the water slide open. Four out of six days Lazy river shut down. Hot tub? NEVER HOT - heater on order. Just terribly run, even when you ask to speak w property manager, they do not call you back.
