Nice enough room, but overpriced and very late check in. They said after 4 but we never heard from them until after 4:30. I had to check back with the front desk to figure it out. Also, strangely, I had to scan my key-bracelet to get OUT, but not IN!

Bugs, water leaks, uncomfortable beds but an awesome pool

We found bed bugs, two days in a row (with photos as evidence) maintenence claimed one came in on luggage and did not do anything. That evening claimed it was a fire ant (definitely was not). Still did nothing. Washed all of our clothes to be safe -- washer leaked all into the hallway. The shower floods the entire bathroom. The beds were uncomfortable. Food is okay, definitely not for the price. Pool area is the only Pro I found.

Wonderful relaxing getaway

My husband and I have stayed at this resort several times and always seem to want to come back even with the other choices available. We are comfortable with surroundings and all there is to offer. It is close to the port and I enjoy taking a day trip out on the Victory Casino Cruise during our stay.
