Wasn't sure what to expect and was very pleasantly surprised with the accommodation, amenities and nearby attractions. Will certainly return again.

Great hotel

The entire hotel felt very clean and luxurious, despite the low price I paid. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Villa Terrible Hospitality

Well upon arrival, it was a long wait to check in and it was one agent checking in guest, then a second agent came along to check in me and my family. The agent did not greet me as a platinum elite member or anything. I had to ask about the welcome gift, possible upgrades, and what’s in the area and the reason for my visit. It was disappointing. Our Villa was beautiful, the twin size beds are truly twin sizes so if you’re expecting XL Twin or Doubles do not! After ordering food and trying to relax it was a family upstairs from our room making so much noise!!! It sound like they were coming through the ceiling, called the front desk made multiple complaints but since it wasn’t “10 pm” we had to kinda deal with it. Saved by Grace we had a family emergency and had to check out immediately. Not even at the property for 4 hours and we were quick to leave. Probably will never visit this property ever again!

Great location and spacious kitchen rooms

Room and location are great; customer service needs some improvements while food and the restaurant need some significant improvements. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but we were disappointed with the food and the cleanliness of the cafeteria.

Room was amazing

Great room layout and the family had a great experience. Location is away from major attractions but is still easy to get to every thing and able to use as a central hub for our stay and made it a great vacation

Space

Great place to stay and relax. Having been coming to this facility for the last 5 years. Always try to stay at a holiday inn. The people were so kind, helpful and accommodating. Location is out of the way but it still within a short distance to many activities in the city and restaurants. A lot of activities within the facility to do. Swimming, Bowling, miniature gulf art and crafts et.

Excellent stay

This is a wonderful place to stay and enjoy yourself. Staff were so friendly and wonderful people plus the villa was very clean and magnificent. You're surrounded by a lot of activities to do and places to visit for to enjoy your stay

Family Staycation

I brought my kids and nieces here to have a little mini vacation since they were out of school and I was off work. They enjoyed all of the amenities. Our room was spacious and met all of our needs. Will definitely be back.

Quiet and Relaxing

We wanted the comforts of home while away and we couldn't have chosen a better hotel for our stay. Our villa was lovely and CLEAN. It allowed us to cook our own meals and do laundry if we so chose. The staff was very friendly, and the grounds and villa were beautiful. They have several pools, a clubhouse, games and plenty of activities to keep you busy within the resort the entire time of your stay- but also provide a vast list of local attractions as well. We did a mixture of both and had a truly wonderful time.
