Coffee lover

Loved the coffee maker. Disappointed that the frother pitcher was missing. More disappointed that guest service didn't attempt to fix the problem. Also Coffee maker would not work. Urgh.

Great room, quiet, clean

Any problems or concerns I had when checking in were addressed and resolved.

Great staff

Good location / proximity to local attractions. Family friendly & good staff. We would recommend this location to family’s visiting historic Williamsburg. The bathrooms could use some updating, but the overall family experience was very good.

July 4th Holiday weekend stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Club Vacations hotel in Williamsburg, VA. They have lots of amenities and the rooms were very nice especially having a washer and dryer in our room. It was a quiet area the hotel was located in too.

Uncomfortable, dirty, and falling apart.

I arrived to a dirty sofa sleeper. Hair, crumbs a bug and all sorts of grossness. Bugs in the bathroom. Bathroom shows signs of painted over mold and mildew. Generally feels like they slapped paint on a failing property. Waste of money .

Comfortable in Williamsburg

This property was a pleasant surprise. The grounds staff and accommodations were magnificent. We are definitely going to return to this property and am looking forward to staying at another Holiday Vacay cluc.

Good time

Hotel was a bit smaller than expected. But we enjoyed our stay. They were not pushy about the time share presentation which we declined upon arrival.

Great Condo. Beautiful and Spacious

This is by far one of the nicest places we have rented. The rooms were great and the kitchen has everything you need if you want to be able to cook and not go out for every mean. I highly recommend this resort.

Great stay. Bowling alley was awesome. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would come back without a doubt.
