The Room smelled like mold and smoke

The room smelled so bad. I saw rodent feces on the window sill . There was dust every where. The room smelled like mold and smoke. I have horrible allergies and i couldn’t breathe . I had to cancel my reservation the day of and find another hotel to stay at.

Dirty room and horrible beds

We went here for a short family trip for our youngests 2nd birthday. We only stated here for the indoor water park which is a whole seprate fee from the expense of the Room. Starting with the room. It was absolutly filthy. To give you an idea son tripped over the thresh hold leading from the ketchen to the living room caught himself with his hands and his hands looked like the were covered in dirt. Beds had sand or crumbs..... Beds and pillows where completly unusable. If we were so far from home we would have not stayed they night. Would not recommend the waterpark for to parents with kids under 8 years old. The pressure of the water in the kids area was absurd and the price you pay is not worth what you get in return

Beautiful property, kid friendly

The property is beautiful with plenty of activities to entertain a young family. While our rooms were clean and the kitchen well stocked, we really needed a washer/dryer instead of an extra kitchenette is the second room. The food however was disappointing so we cooked our meals. The location of this property is ideal for lake fun with the family.

Great escape

the place was really cool looking and the rooms were great. the waterslide park got a bit full around 3 pm and it would be nice if it opened before noon

Weekend stay

We recently stayed at this property to attend a local gymnastics competition. Our check in process was fast, staff was friendly. However, when we got to our room, we noticed it could use some cleaning and renovation. The building we stayed at was a couple miles from the main site, so you couldn’t walk there, you had to drive.

Nice, quiet area.

Area of resort is beautiful. Price only includes room. They will give you tickets and vouchers for activities but only if you sit through a 90 minute presentation. Otherwise, prices for activities are okay, but will add up quickly.

We loved it!

My family really loved staying here we fished, played games, ate too much and laughed to hard. We had a great time! This was our third trip here and will come again. I liked the elevator that was provided in our building along with other amenities.

Lots of space and home comforts

I reserved this room on the fly and was very pleased with the space, full kitchen with utensils and dishes,and amenities. I look forward to returning knowing what I know now...
