Enjoyable Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was warm and the hot tubs were refreshing. The pool table was a good amenity when we were relaxing at the property. We could see how much snow fell this season - tennis courts were still covered with a lot of snow in mid-May.

Comfortable bed, fantastic location

The resort was a nice place, but the location was fantastic. It was located at the top of Tahoe Ridge and there was super easy access to the Nevada side of Heavenly Resort. I would strongly recommend staying if you are interested in skiing in the winter.

Comfort to Ski

I will say that the fact of having EV chargers on property was a great bonus that I seen when I got there, it was not expected at all. I overall enjoyed the location.

Well-maintained suites with beautiful views

We enjoyed our stay and the views were spectacular. Garage parking was a major benefit! I do wish everything was in one building so we didn’t have to walk/drive for all the amenities.

Blizzard with non-functional amenities

Here's the things that were inoperable at this resort: Skier Express, the pool, most of the hot tubs, one of our two refrigerators. Room was spacious, clean and updated. Staff did not seem to know what was going on.

Nice stay, yet be aware of the remoteness of this location

We did really enjoy your resort, and the people who took care of us. However, I felt it was too remote and with our weather not being good, we were unable to go into town to enjoy dinners as we had planned. A shuttle that takes you into town in the evenings, outside of the Bally’s shuttle that runs Friday through Sunday, would be really helpful. After our incident with the car on Day 1 (car slid down the icy entrance) we were nervous to drive on the steep icy roads again, even though we have a Jeep with 4WD. So ultimately we were limited in our ability to enjoy South Lake Tahoe.

Nice to have a oven in room

I needed to come spend some time with my kids and this was a very good experience with them. Thank you for the cleanliness of the room and the quick response of the hotel staff. I will definitely be visiting again.

Comfortable beds

It was not clean like I would expect being in the business of cleaning vacation homes.and no one working in filed could speak english

Amenities Poorly Maintained

The place is in a beautiful location, rooms are massive however most of the amenities (oven, stove, toilet, hot tub, etc.) are low quality and poorly maintained.
