Wonderful place to stay & play

We had our daughter's wedding here. The location and amenities made it a perfect mini destination wedding. The rooms are spacious & views spectacular (if you don't end up with rooms in front of the pickleball courts). All our guests enjoyed themselves with plenty to see & do before and after the wedding.

Expensive suite to have not air

Understandable that air conditioning isn’t required all the time but there should be a better option. Windows were limited in how much they could open so we couldn’t even get the air circulating from outside to help cool things off.

Already planning for coming back again.

The resort and the suite we stayed at are in a beautiful location with perfect vistas of the mountains around Lake Tahoe. Our suite was perfect for a relaxing evening, with a real fireplace, comfortable furniture and great views of mountains in front of us. The bedrooms are very cozy. We were visiting Lake Tahoe as part of a long road trip with parents in the summer, but we'd love to come back here again in winter and enjoy a couple's retreat as well.

No AC at any of the hotels and venues.

Not a great place to stay in summer LITERALLY NO AC

Very comfortable

Very calm, relaxing, and comfortable. The views are amazing. The room will make you feel more at home instead of being just crammed into a space. You can cook and bake instead of going somewhere not knowing if you'll like what you get.

Stayed for a week in a 2bdrm Villa. Room was clean and beautiful. All staff was very nice and helpful. We needed a couple wine glasses that took several days to get there and the midweek cleaning never occurred even after a couple phone calls, but apart from that beautiful resort with very cool amenities. we'll stay again.

Great rooms, great amenities, great views

The Tahoe Ridge provided an excellent family vacation experience. The room was large and well-appointed. There were many on-site amenities, including mini golf, pickleball, and ping pong. Our building even had a rooftop hot tub, which was amazing for watching sunsets! Although the outdoor temps reached up to 87, we were able to keep our room sufficiently comfortable by closing the curtains during the day and opening the windows at night. Staff was also kind and friendly. Wonderful experience overall!

False advertisement

You definitely don’t get what you see. I expected more and got the bottom of the barrel

Not good on hot days without air

The room was extremely hot on the south facing side of the building. Room would not cool off at night, maybe the room got down to 80 degrees. We were instructed to open the windoe to cool off the room which was locked closed for our safety. We did request some assistance but it was not helpful in cooling the room. We could not find the ice machine and asked an attendant who blasted past and said there was only one in the building which took walking several floors several floors find.
