Could have been better.

The location was walkable to downtown but our over all experience was very poor. I had requested a higher floor so my out of the country family could enjoy Mountain views but instead was given a ground floor room, facing the street with a view of the Super 8 motel. I was told I should have contacted the hotel directly for them to honor my request. They don't receive that information from the Holiday Inn vacation club. I had even paid out of pocket for this trip to make it special. Then the next day we were again told they couldn't accommodate are request even though there were many rooms with lights out and the parking lot was practically empty. Then they told my 87 year old mother to find her own luggage cart and that we should be washing our own towels. As you can see they failed in numerous areas of customer service. The splash park was enjoyed by the little one even though it is in the hotel next door.

Great place in Gatlinburg!

I have stayed here several times and highly recommend it for others. Great rooms, friendly staff and excellent location. You can’t go wrong here.

Weekend Escape

Hotel was clean location was great . Staff was very friendly. Cons were the noise level was extremely loud you could hear everything outside. Easy to get lost getting to and from pools and breakfast area . Told to wash my towels.

Gatlinburg get away

The hotel is being remodeled. Noisy. It was noted when the reservation was made. Upon arrival, the lady checking us in sent us over to get us signed up for an Owners tour the following day. Horrible mistake. Met with Matt at first and it was mainly a get acquainted. Using the IPAD to ask questions to go into their marketing program, so when the brief is done it leads them into more questions. After the tour, Matt took us to meet Noah which was a hard seller of the ownership program. After he tried to approach a few different ways and we declined, he got visibly angry and walked off. Matt then moved us to meet their final salesperson, Boudreaux, and he tried to sell a different plan. We said no again and then checked out. The 90 minute presentation last 2 hours and 20 minutes. The ownership plan was 50K but today is on sale for 40K. It was 8K down, 1700 closing cost, payments were 680 for 60 month at 16.25% interest. Who in their right mind would consider this. It also has 2700 per year assessments.

Excellent properties

We’ll stay here every time we visit Gatlinburg if we can get in. Definitely don’t like the sales pitch to try to become an owner, especially when we are already owners and could not book the property as owners. Not too bad because we still got to enjoy the facilities as the general public. We are addressing the ownership problem.

It was a very nice hotel . The only thing I didn't like there was not no restaurant on site very little food too choose from

A Special Place!

Cosy and clean! Our balcony was perfect to watch the 4th of Juky Light Show and Fireworks from and we loved the pools. Having a full kitchen & washer/dryer in the suite was awesome. We wished it was a walk-in shower instead of the jetted tud shower. It was great being so close to the Beautiful Smoky Mountain National Park! The hotel is having a refresh and it does end it as the hotel is showing some age. They definitely need more handi cap parking spot allotted! We really enjoyed the resort over all! A very special vacation at a Special Place!

Perfect getaway with 3 year old

We took a trip to Gatlinburg for my husband and 3 years olds birthday. This hotel was perfect! Great location, we were walking distance to the strip and 2 turns from the state park! We enjoyed the waterpark as well as the outdoor pool and hot tub, we did not use the indoor pool but looked clean and nice. Staff were always friendly and polite, having a washer and dryer helped a lot as well. We will be back, couldn’t have asked for a better little getaway with my little family!
