Clean room and nice size

Room clean and large but that's about all this resort had going for it.

No, I do not recommend this property.

THE BEST STAYCATION WE HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED

The beyond excellent service from the entire staff, particularly the Front Desk Manager, Miranda, helped to create exactly what we were hoping to achieve for a family getaway. From the point of inquiries into accommodations, making reservations, fulfilling special requests, she assisted above and beyond to make our stay more thrilling than Disneyland! The suites were perfect and the new water feature for children kept our children and grandchildren entertained. Additional activities helped to keep our grandchildren busy and content. THANK YOU TO ALL - Miranda, Erika, Jessica, Cassandra, and Tristan.

Yes, I recommend this property.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at this resort. We were in unit 10-605, a 2 bedroom unit. Very spacious and clean. Modern decor. The resort is comprised of 3-story buildings. The 1st floor is below ground level, so I wouldn't recommend them unless you want a view of the parking lot or foliage.

Yes, I recommend this property.

Although we only stayed one night, the service was great and the staff very helpful. I would recommend this property.

Reviews are serious

NOT a "Resort"! AND staff misled on almost EVERY need/expectation!

First, I am a Platinum Member here, and a Lifetime Platinum with another big brand, so I take reviews seriously. First, this place is advertised as a resort - it is NOT! It is an older renovated hotel, with NO elevators - ALL 3 floors require stairs so forget heavy suitcases - particularly for older guests. The air conditioning is VERY loud. The cable TV reception went out often. The rooms are big but dark with low ceilings. We stayed in a 2 bedroom - the 2nd bedroom only had a full - NOT a queen bed - so forget any 2 people sharing. (Our second child had to sleep on the pullout couch.) For these reasons alone, it is not a "resort". Second, my family and I were in AZ (from WA) for my surgery at Mayo. I called this hotel directly prior to our stay to see if they could assure a quiet area and room, with a view. We were ASSURED BY STAFF of all requests, and were even promised no one would be next to us "due to their summer slow period". We did NOT have a view. The Fairmont Princess was loud next door. The hotel was VERY, VERY empty (which could have been nice for my recovery). But then the next day we hear noise next door at 10:00 in the morning and we suddenly have neighbors. (Yep, apparently you can check-in here at 10:00am.) Finally, after everything, I called the front desk and from there the hospitality stopped, and the run-around, denials, finger-pointing, and excuses ensued. BE CAREFUL HERE. There are too many other beautiful hotels (including Holiday Inn's), and RESORTS to stay at in Phoenix and Scottsdale.

No, I do not recommend this property.

Exceeded our expectations

We rented a three bedroom villa during our stay in Scottsdale. We were a little skeptical at first because of the low price. It exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful and spacious. Every room in the villa was updated and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful We were given a large amount of fresh towels when we requested them. There was always someone to greet us at the door when we went into the office. The staff was friendly and took pride in what they were doing for us. Everyone seemed like they truly enjoyed their job. One of the two open pools was right outside our door. We used both pools, which were very clean as well as the pool area. We were disappointed that the restaurant renovation was not complete , but there were a lot of great restaurants in the area. We would highly recommend Holiday Inn Club Vacations in Scottsdale.

Yes, I recommend this property.

Worth It.

I sent my friend and his girlfriend here for a night to celebrate their anniversary and they had an amazing time. The location is perfect for anyone looking to experience the north end of Scottsdale.
