Girl's weekend

I stayed at the resort for the second time this fall. It was for my birthday and a girl's weekend. There were 3 of us and the room was perfect for all of us. We loved having the kitchen. We spent time at the pools and liked having several to chose from. We also liked being next to the Princess resort where we could walk 100 yards and enjoy additional restaurants and lounges. It was a perfect place to stay and I will stay there again!

Great location but not guest-friendly

Property has been open for about 11 months, yet still doesn't have a restaurant for guests on property. Lots of excuses for delay. Property is 3 stories, but first floor is sunken so there are no rooms without stairs to maneuver with your luggage, no elevator. The rooms are beautiful, large and offer several bedroom options, but construction is poor and unless you are on the 3rd floor, you will hear the guests above you stomping around; especially those with small children. The 3rd floor access is a problem unless you can carry your bags up and down easily. The property is large, great pools and water park area, but it should not take this long to be fully operational.

Failure to disclose key items prior to making reservations

I was not informed that there was no on-site food available. Not informed that there was no elevator, so I could have specifically requested a ground floor room. Not informed that requesting even a short late check-out would cost me a full day's charge..

Amazing Location & Hotel!!!!

I was wiped when I finally arrived from my long drive from CA. The staff helped me snap out of it quickly by getting me checked in fast. They already had an amazing location waiting for me too! When I got to the room I was blown away by the size which is larger than my apartment, the layout, the amenities inside the unit, the quiet location, no other guests were in the rooms below or next door which added to the peace, covered parking, the close proximity to the freeway without having to hear it, walking distance to the hotel where my event was taking place, nearby easy to find shopping & restaurants, etc. I LOVE Scottsdale & this is by far my new choice to stay in going forward! I have never found a place that wasn't parked next to a noisy, loud, busy freeway. I was stunned to notice this had more of a condo & quiet neighborhood feel & was just a calm property as I needed to sleep. AZ & super windy dry conditions don't do well for me. I had sinus headaches the entire time but was able to sleep comfortably. Their internet seemed to be pretty decent too. I always stay at extended stays but this one beats everyone I've ever stayed at. This was much larger than any hotel room I've ever stayed in! It felt like home. It was also much cleaner than any place I've stayed recently. I'm a germ-a-phobe so that's essential. I always take wipes to clean everything I plan to touch first. My next trip to AZ will be after the first of the year, I plan to go look at new home communities for investment & maybe relocation purposes. I would find out how much they would want as a monthly rate if I needed to relocate myself there which I'm seriously thinking about! I love AZ and Scottsdale, my first time to the City. I highly recommend this place!

Fun family time

Everything was wonderful, from bedrooms to kitchen to pools. Wish we could have stayed for a month!

Awesome Staff. The resort was a great value. Truly a home away from home. The only issue was the cable and internet would go out sometimes

ANOTHER AMAZING EXPERIENCE!

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Club Vacations in Orlando as part of a promotional offer and loved it, so I booked a suite at the Holiday Inn Club Vacations in Scottsdale for a group for a business conference. We loved the full suites with kitchen, dining, and living areas. Plenty of room for everyone. Instead of booking 2 standard hotel rooms for the same price at another hotel, we just booked a suite at the Holiday Inn Club Vacations and everyone loved it! Great suite, atmosphere, amenities, and location! I'll be staying at Holiday Inn Club Vacation properties as much as possible in the future. I already booked my next stay at the Holiday Inn Desert Club resort in Las Vegas!

Great bed and great service

Everything was great. Had no issues, wish could stay longer.

Awesome pools with waterslides, very large rooms!

My daughter loved the pools and waterslides. I wasn't expecting such a large room, this place was huge! Full kitchen with washer and dryer and very open layout. Plenty of space for my 1 year old to play and everything I needed to relax. great property for families.

Exceptional Property!

Our room was impressive - large, beautifully designed and furnished, laid out for privacy for 2 couples, spotlessly clean, quiet. Lighting and electrical outlets would support working environment, as well as vacation. Will make this our first preference on future trips to Scottsdale!
