big rooms
nice stay at scottsdale vacation club. service was okay. cleanliness was okay. however pools were great! especially with kids! this isn't the princess but a good alternative on a budget! the yoga instructor and singing cowboy were GREAT!!!!

Overall loved this resort but rooms not very clean
The rooms were large and well kept except floors were very dirty. My one year olds feet and hands were black from crawling on the floor and their was dried milk from previous tenants. The pools were really nice and staff was helpful.

Large rooms, great pools!
Only complaint we had were the bed pillows, way too hard and not at all comfortable - everything else was great!

Perfect place to stay..very quiet..4 pools..great units..large rooms with full kitchen..washer and dryer..2 full baths..grouns were very clean..staff very friendly..did bot pester us for a timeshare talk..we were there because my husband was having surgery at Mayo clinic..so staff honored our wish to not be pestered..very helpful..offered to carry our luggage. Would go back and stay again when in the area..had anple handicapped parking as I have a walking problen because of a badly injured foot..

Check-in
Miranda was extremely helpful at check-in. She made sure that all 12 members of our group were taken care of. The rooms were very comfortable and suited our need perfectly.

First Time in AZ
First time in AZ with family...spouse, kids, parents and in-laws. Everyone had a wonderful time. We had a 4-bedroom signature room...very impressive and well-appointed. The marketplace opened the day of our arrival which was great to get coffee and breakfast. Also had free iced tea, water and flavored water free which was great and hope the continue. Pools were great. Restaurant was not open yet but looks great. Many restaurants within 2 mile area. Gary "Nebraska" at check in was great and Garrett from Michigan was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect and we will definitely be returning.

Lack of resturants close by
On a whole the resort was nice and quite. The check in process was not efficient and very long. The room was large and nice but the floor could have been cleaner. Lack of no restaurants close by or on site was uncomfortable because we came to stay one night and wasn't prepared as we expected something available.
