Serviceable Apartments with Aweful front desk Management
If you are looking for a serviceable apartment to stay at with little to no service this is your place. Don't be shocked if you don't get a warm friendly welcome with a bunch of "I can't" when you check in.

Quality furnishing and comfortable.
Market place is very convenient. Restaurant Breakfast is great, dinner too. But Needs to offer Lunch Also , needs to be open on Sunday and Monday For us to eat

Ten stars great property
Stayed here for a mini vacation with my 7 yr old for five days. Really homie, clean, friendly staff, close to stores and freeways. Kid friendly with the pool and activities for all ages.

Awesome Propety, Great fun for the family.
This property was clean, staff was great and the value was fantastic. My kids (and I) had a blast on the waterslides and hanging in the hot tub and pool. Rooms were spacious, well appointed and clean. The ONLY thing that I'd like to see is daily replenishment of toiletries, but that's not a huge deal. Requested extras at the front desk and they accommodated me almost immediately. Great value, will definitely be back.

Great Stay
We stayed over the Memorial Day weekend. We had a 2 bedroom for 2 adults and 3 kids. The room was very nice and updated; we loved having a kitchen. Our children ages 9, 6, and 3 loved the kids pool area. It was a great stay and we would definitely go back!

Everything was great,
Everything was great. Rooms were very clean, the location for our stay was ideal, the staff was extremely helpful and most important to me personally was the A/C worked great. We are thinking about going back to Scottsdale next year and if so we will definitely stay at Holiday Inn Vacation Resorts Scottsdale. Thx

Very functional and relaxing.
Convenient location on the Phoenix 101 loop allowed for access to the entire Phoenix and surrounding area with a short drive. Quiet and secluded areas of the grounds were very relaxing. None of the four pools were ever overcrowded and we're always very comfortable to get into!

Fabulous place!
Lovely accommodations, family friendly and conveniences. Washer/dryer in room, mini water park for the kids, granite counter tops and gorgeous full kitchen- we'd be back in a heartbeat for the price! :)
