Buyer be ware

Hotel is more interested in getting you to sign up for their timeshare than they are in making you aware of the accommodations they offer at the hotel you’re staying at. Personal concierge service is awful. The beach and water is horrible and unusable. Lots of seaweed sludge and sand filled burlap bags in the water leaving it unusable. Loud construction in the room next to us starting at 7:30 am and continuing throughout the day. A lot of miss leading information. Do not rely on the concierge to make your dinner reservations as they make you sign up as soon as you get there and then drop the ball and leave you to navigate on your own and drop you like a hot potato as soon as they rope you in to giving up an entire day of your vacation to listen to their sales pitch about buying a time share. I thought I was going on a vacation and had NO idea that I was going to a sales meeting.

Debo decir que fue una excelente elección habernos hospedado mi familia y yo en este maravilloso resort. La calidad de sus instalaciones, alimentos y bebidas es excepcional. Las albercas y amenidades están en excelente estado y son muy agradables para pasar el día. El hotel tiene un centro de actividades de animación súper completa. Tiene 2 restaurantes de especialidades en los que puedes reservar y cenar sin costo adicional. En resumen el hotel súper por mucho nuestras expectativas. Enhorabuena para todo el personal del hotel y sigan así y mejor.

LA VERDAD FUE UNA GRATA EXPERIENCIA, AUNQUE SOLO FUERON DOS NOCHES LAS QUE ESTUVE HOSPEDADO, FEUERON DE MUCHA TRANQUILIDAD, BUENA COMIDA, BONITAS ALBERCAS Y ESPACIOS PARA CAMINAR. ME FALTO CONOCER EL RESTAURANTE JAPONES Y LOS CEVICHES PARA LLEVAR. VOLVERÍA A ESCOGER LA ESTANCIA CON IHG.

Another Great Experience at Royal Haciendas

This is our 3rd year at Royal Haciendas and we were once again thrilled with our experience as a family with young children. The facilities are well maintained, the food variety is wide and delicious and there are numerous activities for people of all ages (children - adults). It's my experience that this a very-family friendly resort with accommodations for people of all ages and abilities. I have recommended this resort to others and will continue to do so.
