great place and amazing service
Very professional staff when we checked in this was my first time here and will come back again for sure. The property and office area was kept up very well. The room was amazing lots of room and very clean.

Convenient location but needs updates
Convenient location for the dance competition we were attending, but rooms need updated. Rooms smelled old and furniture was outdated. The jacuzzi tub was dirty and the front panel was falling off because it was held on my tape. Overall the room was spacious for our family of 5.

This was a very nice place to stay a one bedroom condo. It’s undergoing renovations and I believe some staffing changes but overall, this is a nice place to stay.

Great quiet atmosphere
Customer service was great and the rooms were quiet and comfy. I would like to have breakfast of some sort during my next stay but overall the hotel was great for me and my family.

Great hotel with plenty of activities on site
Great pools. Lots of activities on site. Many restaurants in the area. Check in was fast and easy. Great staff. I would definitely recommend this resort to family and friends. Close to Disney World. Easy access to Walmart.

Wonderful staff. Lackluster room
The staff was beyond incredible and welcoming. However, the other guest caused my experience to be lacking. Well into the night we could hear other guest moving around and blasting their tvs.

Comfortable and out of the way
Great stay experience. Very clean and comfortable. Had an issue the third night with a noise. Staff responded promptly and fixed the problem. Communication throughout the process was great. Very satisfied.

Room including bathroom and bed were extremely comfortable.
