Loved staying here!

Comfortable beds, and a very clean resort. Staff is very kind and attentive to your needs. I would definitely recommend this place !

Absolutely great resort

Truly had a fantastic experience and stay. The staff were beyond friendly and so helpful. It’s our go to place to stay every time!

Very Clean And Spacious Rooms

No one answers the phone when you call the front desk. None of the restaurants answer their phone when you try to call to make a reservation. Called Guest Services two times in 3 1/2 hours for pillows they never came. Our salesman who we bought the timeshare from got the pillows for us The 90 minute Timeshare presentation took 5 hours. Restaurant refused to seat us because the kitchen was backed up . The Starbucks in the marketplace ran out of ingredients to make Frappuccino’s .

Uncomfortable bed

Room wasn't clean. Shower and toilets were dirty found food under night table and old toys under couch. The waitstaff and most bartenders were rude and not very accommodating.

PROPERTY IS GREAT BUT NEEDS STAFF FOR POOL AREAS

Overall the property was great. Beautiful landscaping, nice villa, and good food. Close to everything from parks to shopping. There needs to be lifeguards and staff on site and rules need to be enforced before someone gets severely injured or injures another guest. Biggest issue is there is zero supervision at pool areas by either parents or staff. No lifeguards. Lazy river was overrun by unruly children and teens jumping from bridges and rocks into shallow water and on top of other guests. Climbing over closed gates to go down slides that were closed for the day. Only attendant is a person handing out floats. Spoke to a manager after 3 attempts to have someone get a manager. He said did not work the Lazy River area but would report issues. Same incidents at North Village Pool area. There needs to be parental supervision especially for small children. We were in the pool for 3 hours and a group of unruly kids were being supervised by a 7 year old. No parent every appeared to even check on them. No staff was around to enforce parents be present and stop bad behavior. We booked here for the pools to enjoy but there is a huge lack of staff in these areas. Never saw any employees near the pools except float person.

Fun for the family

This hotel has a lot to do and is fun for the whole family. I love the apartment style rooms. My only complaints are check in took forever, the arcade hours were weird and it’s so spread out I feel like we spent a lot of time driving from village to village. Also I hate that you have to pay extra for everything, like golf and lazy River tubes. Other than that it was fun and very clean.
