Review of Room
Hotel was great, had amazing time with my kids. The room I was given was old, smelled like mold and just not what I expected. I am a gold member and I asked for a upgrade I would have paid for it but was told no… the resort is always fun for us but this rooms need to be deep cleaned and a bit of updating. Also need late night food options, I arrived at 9 and not one food option was open.. had to travel outside the resort to eat..

Condo review east village
Spacious condo with a good floor plan. Check in was poorly conducted and not efficient. The condo had a roach infestation. For these reasons I would not recommend until these issues have been ratified.

This is our 3rd time here at Orange Lake and we will continue coming back. Beautiful, CLEAN property. Staff is over the top amazing. Landscaping is gorgeous, rooms are clean. Close to plenty of shops and restaurants, not even including what is on ground!!! Love it, love it, love it!!
