Excellent Stay

I loved this resort. So convenient to everything and so clean. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The restaurants served excellent food at very reasonable prices.

Cleaning my own room. Smell to powerful

Sorry the room smelt like straight bleach and we had to Air it out. I was also instructed to take out my trash and pull off all the sheets. Paid a decent amount of money to do cleaning myself which I thought was weird

GREAT ROOMS

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT COMFORTABLE BEDS AND REALLY LARGE ROOMS. VERY CLEAN AND LOVED THE SCREENED PATIO. POOLS WERE GREAT AND LOVED THE LAZY RIVER. THE LAYOUT IS AWESOME. BATHROOMS WERE REALLY NICE AND EASILY ACCESSIBLE TO THE SHOWERS.

Great family getaway

I have visited this location multiple times per year for the last 7 years. It is a perfect Staycation for our family of 6. There is plenty for the entire family to do for our stays of 4-5 days.

Would not return

The timeshare hard sell was frustrating and off-putting. To even be able to get keys to the room I had already paid for, I had to say "no" to attending a timeshare presentation that would take 'only' 90 minutes. I had to say no over and over again - six times in total before I was given the keys to our room after a very long day of travelling to get there. Although I had made it very clear I was not interested, we received phone calls in our room that woke us up in the early morning hours of a hard earned vacation - again trying to convince us to listen to a presentation for time shares. It thoroughly dampened my view of the resort as well as our time spent there. I would not come back for that reason. The resort itself was underwhelming and overcrowded. The rooms were just ok - outdated and dingy. The restaurants had satisfactory food - nothing exciting - and were overpriced. The pools were seriously overcrowded, the waterslides were small, slow and overall a letdown. If I had smaller children, I imagine it might have some appeal, but it just was not at all what I had hoped for when I booked our stay there. I strongly feel that for the money we spent, the value just was not there.

Great getaway

We have stayed at this property 2 times prior and the experience was consistent. Grounds are well maintained, lots to do on property but lots to do off property. Love staying in the villa (but don't want to be an "owner"!!)

Amenities galore

Great location with lots to do for the whole family

Wonderful as always

This is our only choice for when we head to the parks. Always have a great time and enjoy all the room amenities and resort amenities. Staff has always been very accommodating and helpful.
