Beautiful villa

I got the two-bedroom villa which was very reasonably priced and was very clean. Arrival was cumbersome with check-in moving you from person to person which I didn’t like at all. I just wanted to check in and relax without having to jump through hoops to get a parking permit and keys. However, everything after that was wonderful and I will stay there again.

Overprice, horrible experience

Staff is very disrespectful. They send you to a second part where you go meet up with another employee who tries to forcefully make you do a timeshare tour. and if you don’t do it, he treats you with disrespect for the price I pay I would never stay here again horrible experience

Paradise for a short vacation

I spent 4 nights here. Checkin was blessedly fast. Did the Disney World thing...very convenient location. Spent two days just relaxing at the resort. Enjoyed the pools, game room ( amazing how much $20 worth of points lasted) mini golf, lazy river, and best of all...evening walks around the golf course was amazing. Can't praise the experience highly enough.

Unexpected Fees

People booking this property should be informed of the resort fees before booking. Yes, a lot of the properties around this location have those fees. Some of them inform you of this at the time of booking - not this one!

Great options

Definitely enjoyed our stay plenty of things to do many pools and activities for the children and adults to do close proximity to all of the major parks and shops and dining options Was checking was much simpler and also as an IHG member that should be taking into consideration

Good resort, bad sales push

Only reason I wouldn’t recommend, is the timeshare sales pitch push.

Love this place!

I will definitely stay here again when in Florida! We love all the pool choices and the bedrooms are spacious. I especially like going home with clean clothes, having a washer and dryer allowed us to pack lighter. The price is great for larger groups.

Great place to stay better then a hotel

I love to stay here you get to do your laundry. Cook your own food relax.

Great service and staff

Staff truly go above and beyond to make sure that your stay is enjoyable. The room and bed were extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen is so well stocked with dishes you need.

Everything was up to par. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

I wish I could live their year round. I love the resort it was like a fairy tale living. Very clean well maintained and great staff. I can't wait to go back. Now that I am a time share owner I will be back more often!
