Great Customer Service
Room wasn't ready when we arrived but staff was helpful and comped resort activities to compensate. Also moved us to a room with fireworks view from our balcony for our understanding.

Not what I expected, in a bad way...
My family and I have been in the market for a timeshare and we thought this property might be a good fit. We typically don't buy into the whole VIP tour, we like to see what a stay at the property would actually look like if we became part owners. Unfortunately What we experienced during our stay helped us avoid a bad commitment. First off upon check in we were notified that our room hadn't been cleaned yet, it was after 5pm so not sure why it wasn't ready. But no big deal the associate was able to find us a "clean" room it just took a while. after that we were given a coupon to be redeemed by setting up one of the VIP tours, The sales person wasn't pushy but when I informed her that we weren't interested she immediately became dismissive as if I was the one wasting her time. So we move on to our room. I don't think I have ever been in a room that was more cave like. There was no natural light, it reminded me of being in an interior cabin on a cruise ship. Along with being very dark the room had also not been cleaned very well at all. The tv remote had a white calcified substance all over it (im gagging just thinking about it) The tile in the bathroom was scummy and mildewy in the corners. The worst was my son dropped a toy that had rolled partially under the bed skirt, when i went to grab it i saw that there was dried up food and a thick layer of dust just inside of the skirt. SO GROSS! I went to stand up and put my hand in what appeared to be a dried up paste on the ground. So hands washed and that toy went directly in the trash. It looks like they just ran a vacuum through the middle of the room and left the rest. Now on to the staff interactions. We didn't encounter too many members of the staff, its almost like they were hidden and didn't want to be bothered. On Saturday morning we went to the north village pool, I was looking for pool towels and asked a few of the maintenance staff that were standing around talking if they could point me in the right direction. They acted as if they didn't understand me and continued their conversation. Now to the situation that infuriated me. we were returning from the magic kingdom late Saturday night. I was looking for a parking spot, I stopped near the building to take a left turn but I was yielding to on coming traffic. As I stopped a white maintenance van came speeding out of your service vehicle lot, they sped around me nearly clipping my bumper and then nearly hit the other car (that had a family in it!!!!) head on before they swerved left and took off through the lot. I tried to follow them but they were going so fast I lost them immediately. MEMBERS OF YOUR STAFF PUT MY FAMILY AND ANOTHER FAMILIES LIFE IN DANGER. needless to say we couldn't check out fast enough on Sunday morning. Is this the kind of experience you get when they don't think you're going to buy what they're trying to sell you?? If you become an owner do they treat you "right"? Im not sure im willing to find out.

The majority of staff was very helpful and engaging.
The amenities on the resort were super. There were multiple pool complexes that could be accessed and a shuttle if transportation was needed to and from. The drive to Disney was 10 minutes and quite easy. There were additional on-site opportunities I would love to try in the future, including water activities and golf.
Yes, I recommend this property.

Better communication
Make sure when booking you let people know there is hotel fees and that they need to plan to have an additional 300 on there card and that the amenities throughout the resort will be additional cost there for I could have searched other resorts to make sure I picked the best one for my family being military I am on a budget and this resort put me in a akward place with my family
Yes, I recommend this property.

Great outdoor Atmosphere and overall nice stay
This resort is like being home away from home. Enjoyed the outside atmosphere. The kids love the pool and being out on the patio/ golf course. We had issues with our jacuzzi, DVD PLAYER, and there was insufficient linens for our extra pull out sofa.
Yes, I recommend this property.
