Not a place for vegetarians
Very few vegetarian options and those that we did find were clearly not conceived of or consumed by someone who would actually eat it. How hard is it to carry a veggie burger option? Also our breakfast credit was only good at one place that opened at 9 am. My child wakes up at 7, so I am not sure who this is designed for. We went off resort for breakfast, which is a pain.

Overall experience
Overall my stay was ok. The villa was a nice size but a bit dated. In the living room there was a broken curtain rod that had nails coming out of it and my daughter almost stepped on it. When I called from my cellphone it took quite a while to have someone come out to the unit. It was never discarded. Also no telephone service. IT never came to fix. Only for check the issue.

Wonderful Resort and Facilities
A GREAT resort not too far from Disney. Pools are landscaped wonderfully, Golf Courses in great condition, Resort spotless. Study room had furniture that needs to be updated but overall a GREAT TIME, Highly recommend

Not clean at all!
Weird smell, molded toilets, dirty showers and roaches. The absolute worst experience from start to finish! Not to mention do not ask for management because they will tell you no one is available and you must wait on a call!

Great resort although food not fantastic. Shame about front desk service levels
This would have been a fantastic stay had it not been for the awful front desk service levels. The accommodation, facilities and location are all superb although drinks are very expensive and food generally disappointing. Front desk service levels and debacle over excess charging for my room spoilt the holiday.

Lots of activities for families!
We came down for a cruise and the kids loved it. We are planning to hit up Universal Studios in April and all the kids are begging to go back to this location.

I feel like Orange Lake vacation club in Orlando provides the best value anywhere. I have not found any other place that offers the amenities and spacious rooms like this resort. From the moment you pass through security at the time of check out to when you leave, I feel secure and very happy staying here.
