More than expected!!

Had a wonderful stay at the holiday inn vacation resort! All seven pools were amazing and the kids had so much fun. There are restaurants for good and I like that the kids eat free. Would definitely stay here again

Pleasantly surprised

Nice rooms-needs updating but has everything you need. Plenty of space for a family of 5. Great amenities! Reasonably priced! Staff friendly and helpful.

Resort beautiful, mgt lacking

Please see to expedite check in process, and honor client preferences and request. Or stop offering the ability to make such any requests.as preferences or early check in. Neither were acknowledged or honored in my case. Otherwise beautiful experience. Also pricing for water park should be half if client is staying with you as opposed to an non membership price.

A great property

Dont miss booking this beauty. The grounds are immaculate, the villas are as comfortable as our home and there is a ton of things to do. We never even had to leave the resort.

Worst stay ever

We checked in very late and noticed the vila we were staying in was warm. Turned the temperature down and went to bed. The room never got cool. First thing the next morning we called the front desk to request maintenance. We were gone for the day and when we returned the temperature in the room was 78 degree with a note left saying air conditioning was working correctly. At night it would not get cooler then 76 degree. This went on with us requesting service the next couple days. They had no other rooms to move us to. We left a day early because we could not take it anymore. They told us they would refund priority points but never did. I do not recommend this property. We stayed here several times and never had issues before this. Front desk was absolutely no help. The only they did was offer us a box fan.

Vacation Paradise

This was my family second yr vacationing at the resort and definitely won't be or last. I always tell my friends that this should be their next vacation spot. Its plenty to do so you never get bored or have to leave to go to the expensive parks.

Great for families

This was a great resort especially for families. The resort itself the lazy river the swimming pool the arcades there's lots of stuff to do. The beds were comfortable the rooms were nice and clean. My only small complaint would be that there's extra cost to rent a float per person per day so depending on the size of your family that could be an added expense you are not expecting wish they would just add that in to the overall fee for your stay. But over all would definitely recommend and is a great resort.
